I had the most wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Changbaishan! The room was exceptionally spacious and impeccably clean, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The staff were incredibly considerate and attentive, always ensuring that every need was met promptly. A special thank you to 邹明 and 小张 for going above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. Although tickets to Changbaishan were sold out they we’re able to secure some in arrangements to great experience going above and beyond  The hot springs were absolutely amazing—so relaxing and rejuvenating. We also indulged in the massages, which were top-notch and truly relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to every taste. Overall, the service, amenities, and atmosphere made this an unforgettable experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Yu Lingshan provided very good service and helped to book tours and cars, which was very convenient. The hotel also provided breakfast. Although the main meal was at our own expense, we ate there twice and both were very delicious.

The room is clean, the facilities are complete, the breakfast is rich, there are many hot spring pools, and fruit plates and essential oil soaps are given as gifts. The experience is good and it is well received!

The hotel is very Korean in style, with a good environment and scenery. The snow is everywhere, which makes the little potatoes from the south shine. It is a 5-minute walk from the hot springs. There is a VIP channel to Changbai Mountain. The restaurant is expensive, but the taste is very good. The breakfast variety is a little less, but the hygiene and service are good. It is very remote, and there is no place to eat nearby. You can only eat in the hotel restaurant or go to the Hilton next to the hot springs. Friends who like quietness can come and try it

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the Beauty Pine Park and Genting Market. It takes about ten minutes to walk straight ahead to reach the rice station and food street, which is quite convenient. Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively old, and the room has a bit of moldy smell. The sanitary conditions are average. The hot spring tickets were given, but we did not use them. Breakfast: The breakfast is average.

The experience of booking Gem Hotel on Ctrip far exceeded my expectations and made me deeply feel the warmth and meticulousness of ”feeling at home”. From the moment I made the reservation, Gem Hotel's customized butler service was activated in advance. They took the initiative to contact me and carefully asked if I needed pick-up service from the high-speed rail station. This precautionary care made my heart warm even before I arrived. After arriving at the hotel, the enthusiasm of the front desk staff was even more impressive. Not only were they smiling, but they also carefully observed that I was bringing my child with me, and then thoughtfully upgraded me to a parent-child room for free. The room is large and the layout is reasonable. Every detail has taken into account the needs of family travel. The spacious space allows our little baby to run freely and enjoy happy time. This arrangement undoubtedly added countless warmth and convenience to our trip. The ending of the entire trip was equally unforgettable. The driver, Master Zhang, not only delivered us to the high-speed rail station on time, but also provided enthusiastic and courteous service along the way, making us feel the warmth of home on the way home. Such a service team is undoubtedly the most valuable asset of Gem Hotel and the key to allowing every guest to leave beautiful memories. This hotel was okay, but I would not stay here again. Our room was covered in mold, and the smell of cigarettes and mold was overwhelming. There were cigarette burn marks in the furniture as well. Additionally, our shower did not work. We also lost power our first night. Location was good though, and staff was friendly.

I'm afraid my experience wasn't the best. When arrived our room, the floor (carpet) was super dirty. We complained to reception and they sent a cleaning lady. She wasn't super happy to clean the floor but we waited patently. Once she finished we open the bed and saw some hairs. We called reception again. This time one of the hotel managers came to meet us. She apologized and decided to upgrade us to a nicer and bigger room for free. They still took over one hour to clean it to make sure it was in acceptable conditions. I'm not sure we were just unlucky or that is the normal standard in that hotel. In any case, the new room was good to stay and we were happy with their efforts. Breakfast is almost inexistent for foreigners and it finishes way too early: 8:30. Arriving twice at 8am, we could barely find food. Except for this location, is good (close to train station, close to hospital where you can do virus test, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan (North), close to some big green areas (pine forests) where you can have enjoyable walks in the morning or after dinner. As a conclusion, if I may give some constructive feedback to hotel manager: - please consistently and thoroughly clean your rooms when guests leave; - extended breakfast time to at least 9:30; - include more variety in the breakfast and make sure quantities are at decent level by 8:00.

Located in the central part of Erdaobaihe Town, Changbai Mountain, and the town is not big, it is very convenient to travel. It may be limited by the season. There is only a half-year tourist season, and the other half is deserted, so the hotel's facilities and services are indeed different from those of the same level hotels in big cities. But it is still good in a small town and suitable for short trips. There is a hot spring on the rooftop. It is perfect to soak in the hot spring at night after climbing the mountain during the day to relieve fatigue.

Very good stay experience, the hot spring is clean and comfortable, and there is an outdoor hot spring. The front desk staff is also very patient and meticulous in their service. The room facilities are complete. Most importantly, it is very close to Changbai Mountain and convenient for travel. It is really the first choice for staying in Changbai Mountain. The price-performance ratio is super high. I really think it is good and very satisfied.
