I highly recommend this hotel! The design is perfect💯, the service is perfect💯, the little rabbit at the door is very eye-catching, so fun. The hotel can also cook tea around the fire by the river, and there are all kinds of food available, without time limit, you can eat and take pictures, full of atmosphere, boasting out of the picture, those who like to take pictures must not miss it! ! I highly recommend the driving brother and the ugly sister. I read a lot of black car barriers on a certain book, but there is no need to worry here. The two of them provide one-stop service from head to toe, and they worry more than my mother, just afraid that I will not have a good time in Changbai Mountain. The two of them took care of the entire Changbai Mountain itinerary, and it was very fun. I will renew the appointment with Changbai Mountain in the next season next year!

If you are traveling during winter, it's a lovely place to stay, it's like a condo rent out of that sort, during the snow season does look like a santa town, a small village with decor surrounded with lights, very christmasy. Big apartment, we booked 2 bedrooms room type, heat, hot water etc all equipped. Cleanliness is great the first day, sloppy afterwards, stains on floors from day 2 til the day we left. We stayed for 5 nights. Service wise still quite good, 阳阳 is very responsive, 5 stars for her. But it's noisy every morning, there were 3 morning straight I got woken up by the noises at like 6am, other guests or staffs loud chats, banging sounds, furnitures moving around etc.... usually from 6-8 am. Breakfast is horrible though 😆 Overall, it's still a good option.

The area around the hotel is relatively quiet and the air is good. There are parking lots on both sides for easy parking. There is a restaurant on the first floor where you can order food, but the food requirements should not be too high. The room is oversized mainly because the bathroom is large and hygienic. The Ctrip page stated that the hotel has a laundry room. I called the front desk to ask where the laundry room was, and was confidently told that the hotel did not have a laundry room. Is this blatant fraud? Ctrip doesn’t care? There were a lot of group guests in the hotel. Before 6:30, the restaurant was occupied by the group guests. There were no seats until 7 o'clock, but there was very little food, not even an egg.

We went during the New Year. There is no restaurant next to the hotel. It takes ten minutes or five minutes to take a taxi to the town. There are many restaurants and shops there. The hotel is in a community, and there are other hotels in the community. The room environment is like an apartment, very large and comfortable, exactly the same as in the picture! ! There are two toilets, so I am not afraid of competing for the toilet haha. And there is washing machine laundry detergent, the clothes are basically dry all night, really dry. Summary: This price is worth ～ I can't grab the ticket of Changbai Mountain this time. I will definitely choose here again next time I come. ～～

這次入住的是長白山景區裏唯一的一家酒店，是長白山高原冰雪訓練基地的配套服務單位，在這裏還能遇到集訓的專業滑雪運動員。 酒店在長白山北坡中腰的位置，也是兩個景點羣的樞紐中心位置，出了酒店就是景區的接駁車，非常方便快捷。 我們預訂酒店後，就和酒店保持密切聯繫，還沒到長白山，已經提前得到了交通、飲食、景點、環境的詳盡介紹。 從我們把自駕車停放在山下的社會停車場裏，和辦理退房後，酒店都安排了專車來接送，很是周到。 房間很乾凈，前台、保潔、餐廳都禮貌。 尤其要特別感謝長白山小怪獸的熱情服務，讓我們深深感受了東北人民的好客和親切。

I'm afraid my experience wasn't the best. When arrived our room, the floor (carpet) was super dirty. We complained to reception and they sent a cleaning lady. She wasn't super happy to clean the floor but we waited patently. Once she finished we open the bed and saw some hairs. We called reception again. This time one of the hotel managers came to meet us. She apologized and decided to upgrade us to a nicer and bigger room for free. They still took over one hour to clean it to make sure it was in acceptable conditions. I'm not sure we were just unlucky or that is the normal standard in that hotel. In any case, the new room was good to stay and we were happy with their efforts. Breakfast is almost inexistent for foreigners and it finishes way too early: 8:30. Arriving twice at 8am, we could barely find food. Except for this location, is good (close to train station, close to hospital where you can do virus test, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan (North), close to some big green areas (pine forests) where you can have enjoyable walks in the morning or after dinner. As a conclusion, if I may give some constructive feedback to hotel manager: - please consistently and thoroughly clean your rooms when guests leave; - extended breakfast time to at least 9:30; - include more variety in the breakfast and make sure quantities are at decent level by 8:00.

We decided to visit Changbai Mountain on short notice and booked a room on short notice. When we were about to arrive at the station, we asked the boss if he could pick us up. Although the boss was busy, he still took time to pick up our family at the high-speed railway station. Although the boss didn't talk much, he was down-to-earth and provided very good service. The room was also very clean, and all the furniture was made of pure solid wood (my family was in the wood business so I knew it), which was very environmentally friendly. It was very reassuring to stay with the children. Breakfast was provided, which was not bad. The house is a single-family villa, not close to the road, very quiet, but the transportation is also very convenient, which is very satisfactory.

The last time I went to Changbai Mountain with my parents, I stayed in this hotel. It was really good. The service environment was very good, the transportation was convenient, and the stay was very comfortable. It is a very cost-effective hotel in Changbai Mountain. I will stay here with my friends this time. Very satisfied here!

This hotel was okay, but I would not stay here again. Our room was covered in mold, and the smell of cigarettes and mold was overwhelming. There were cigarette burn marks in the furniture as well. Additionally, our shower did not work. We also lost power our first night. Location was good though, and staff was friendly.
