Hotel service was excellent, as they went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They helped arrange transport and sight seeing activities - the couple who manage the place in particular were super friendly. Its well located near the entry of Changbaishan Scenic Park gate. They are quite close to Tiger Mountain ski resort, which is can cater for skiers from beginners to more advanced. There is a hot spring in the hotel and our package included breakfast and dinner,which was good. It has been renovated in last year or so. Can recommend.

Hope my review can find you well, if you are considering this hotel, just book it! From the day I booked this hotel, I asked the frontdesk people tons of questions regarding my experiences in Changbaishan, because I'm new to this place and have no clue at all. They were very kind and patient with me, even showed me how to buy tickets of Tianchi peak on Wechat. The hotel is super new, with full of facilities and even a tea set with tatami corner and a glass baywindow for your own enjoyment. Great system with welcoming screen and music whenever you entered the room. Toilet bowl was heating and automatically flushing. Breakfast was good and various. We enjoyed it a lot. Location is good, you can reach the Edelweiss Reindeer Park in just few minutes by foot and reach the tourist center of North Slope Changbaishan National Park center (where to catch a bus to Changbaishan and Tianchi peak) in 15 minutes by foot. My appreciation to the female driver of the hotel who was picked us up at the train station and sent us off, even drove us to some good places for dinner, and help us alot. People from Yunju hotel were all nice and helpful. Great impression!

We timed our visit with the Changbai Mountain 'Tomb Raider' themed event on August 17th, so we directly booked two nights at the Hilton. I found the service to be absolutely exceptional, far superior to the Shangri-La I stayed at previously (I'll never go back to the Shanghai Shangri-La again!!!!). Right from the moment we arrived, staff members were there to open car doors and handle our luggage. Check-in was incredibly smooth, and they even arranged VIP access for our mountain visit the next morning. I'd expected the hotel to be crowded and service slow, but that wasn't the case; multiple staff members were on hand to assist. The ladies at the front desk were all smiles throughout their shift. While these might be standard offerings at large hotels, it genuinely made us feel comfortable, respected, and highly valued. The hotel had arranged a pick-up service for us before we even arrived, and the driver's service was excellent too, by the way. It truly felt like a warm sense of welcome from the moment we arrived in Changbai Mountain. The hotel's welcome cookies were delicious! My friend even polished off my share, haha. I'm not big on sweets, but she absolutely loved them. I bet I'll have to take her to the lobby's beverage area tomorrow just to order more, haha. She said they were truly amazing. The room itself was also fantastic, with a lovely solid wood interior design. Funnily enough, before coming here, I told my friend I disliked wooden decor. But!!! The moment we stepped in, it felt incredibly cozy. The blend of solid wood and modern design was truly striking and refreshing. The room had a mini-fridge and, my favorite, a small sofa, perfect for my friend and me to lounge on, playing with our phones and munching on snacks, haha. The lighting in the room was also a very soft, warm yellow, contributing to that incredibly cozy feeling I mentioned from the moment we walked in. The bathroom had three separate areas: a standalone vanity mirror with lighting, and separate toilet and shower stalls. I absolutely loved this feature! I even told my friend I'm going to rip out my bathroom at home, which is currently being renovated, and remodel it to be exactly like the hotel's, haha. Back to the main point: since it was peak tourist season, there were many people trying to hail taxis, so the taxi company's dispatch might have been a bit slow. We ended up using an app to call a car ourselves. However, all of this was understandable, as Erdaobaihe Town was absolutely swarming with people – it felt like millions! Nevertheless, the hotel manager and my personal butler were incredibly helpful. They even went out of their way to message me on WeChat specifically to explain the situation, which wasn't even the hotel's fault since they were just assisting us with calling a taxi. It made me feel a bit guilty. Overall, the service was truly meticulous and thoughtful. After we returned from our outing, we had a sudden urge to have drinks at the lobby bar. We'd seen online that it was open until 11 PM, but when we got to the bar area a little after 10 PM, it was deserted. The front desk clarified it closed at 10 PM – guess you can't trust all online information, haha. We were just about to give up on the idea, but the front desk lady offered to call someone for us. So we ended up having our drinks. We felt a bit bad for delaying their closing time. Here's the main point: my friend had been suffering from a headache since we got back in the afternoon, and by midnight, the pain was so intense she couldn't sleep, and she woke me up at 3 AM. I contacted our butler, though it was so late I didn't expect a reply. I was truly touched that they replied so late at night. At the same time, I inwardly scolded myself for bothering someone so late 🥲. The butler then connected us with the concierge to arrange a car to fetch medicine. The concierge staff member was incredibly kind and personally came up to confirm everything with us. Unfortunately, in the end, we couldn't get anything because the town's pharmacies were already closed. Nevertheless, I really want to commend the hotel and its staff for being incredibly responsible and dedicated. I feel compelled to write a thousand words praising them! It truly felt like incredibly heartwarming and personalized service. We had a wonderful time on this trip, and if we come back, we'll definitely book the Hilton again. A huge thank you once more to the lovely Nana for her thoughtful and attentive service – both the hotel and its people are fantastic!

This time I stayed at the only hotel in the Changbai Mountain Scenic Area. It is a supporting service unit of the Changbai Mountain Plateau Ice and Snow Training Base. Here you can also meet professional skiers training. The hotel is located in the middle of the northern slope of Changbai Mountain, and is also the hub of the two scenic spots. After leaving the hotel, there is a shuttle bus to the scenic spot, which is very convenient and fast. After we booked the hotel, we kept in close contact with the hotel. Before we arrived in Changbai Mountain, we had already received a detailed introduction to the transportation, food, attractions, and environment in advance. From the time we parked our self-driving car in the social parking lot at the foot of the mountain, and after checking out, the hotel arranged a special car to pick us up, which was very considerate. The room was very clean, and the front desk, cleaning staff, and restaurant were all polite. Special thanks go to the Changbai Mountain Little Monster for their enthusiastic service, which made us deeply feel the hospitality and kindness of the Northeast people.

I was really surprised by this stay! The hotel is impeccable from hardware to service, and I must praise it~ I would like to especially thank the front desk service guy Fuguier! He took us to see three different room types patiently, and explained them in detail with a smile on his face throughout the whole process, without any impatience. Finally, according to our needs, he recommended a super satisfactory view room. The room is spacious and bright, the smart home + simple decoration is particularly textured, and the bedding is extremely comfortable! Breakfast must be praised! It’s so happy to be able to eat such a rich buffet at the foot of Changbai Mountain~The freshly cooked noodles are warm and healthy, and there are all kinds of Northeast specialties, bread and desserts. The laundry service is also very considerate. The laundry is sent back in the evening on the same day, and the clothes still have a fresh fragrance~ All the staff are as enthusiastic as old friends. They will take the initiative to ask about their needs when they meet in the elevator. The front desk lady also hand-painted a map of the surrounding food. It takes only 10 minutes to drive from the entrance of the scenic area, and the taxi is just the starting price for delicious restaurants. If you like sports, you can walk one kilometer to get there. After playing, return to the room and recover instantly! This experience is really rare, and I highly recommend it to all travelers! This hotel is amazing!! Regina Hotel shares its pool, hot springs, and breakfast with the neighboring Pureland Hotel, so you can stay in a room and enjoy the wonderful hot springs at a relatively reasonable price!! The hot springs close at 11 PM, so you can enjoy a dip after visiting the North Pavilion. 🫠👍 Regina's rooms are also in excellent condition, making them a great choice for a trip to Baekdu Mountain's North Pavilion!

Our stay at Changbaishan Huazhu Hotel was a delightful surprise! Traveling during the off-season offered fantastic value for money, and our whole family even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel boasts a 'light luxury' design, offering a perfect balance of sophistication and warmth. Both the older and younger members of our family absolutely adored it! The breakfast was a highlight for me – it was exquisite and catered to all tastes. Every member of our family, from young to old, found something they loved. What was most convenient was that the Enduli performance venue was just a short walk away in the evening. The show perfectly blends folk culture with stunning visual and auditory effects. The adults enjoyed the lively spectacle, while the kids were fascinated by the new experience – our whole family had an absolutely wonderful time! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a family trip to Changbaishan, especially during the off-season. With fewer crowds, the experience is even better, and both the service and environment are truly top-notch!
