"Nice new hotel, clean and tidy. Comfortable beds, good blankets and pillows. But hard to sleep because the room was way too hot! Why is the room temperature +27-30 degrees? You couldn't adjust the heat yourself. It's a waste of energy to have to keep the window open at -5 degrees to make the temperature bearable. The hotel doesn't respect green values, but wastes energy on uncomfortable heating."

"It was a very satisfying trip for the whole family. However, I think the system has changed, but now I only get a voucher for the pool and sauna once per night. It's a bit much to limit the number of visits for a staycation... Aside from that, I was very satisfied. The animal caretakers, especially the sheep and horses, were incredibly kind. I didn't find the check-in staff or other staff friendly, but they were the only ones who explained everything about the animals at check-out. Thanks to So Sweet, my trip was even more enjoyable.👍🏻"
