"I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Honestly, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Even the location, which might seem a bit unusual, didn't bother me at all. We happened to be there just as a fair was taking place right across from the hotel, and I actually found it very pleasant and even quite convenient. The location is also ideal, with easy access to the Midi train station as well as tram lines 4 and 10 at the "Lemonnier" stop. The service was impeccable: a very understanding, helpful, welcoming, and, most importantly, highly professional team. Honestly, I 100% recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to come back on a future trip. Thank you very much for your warm welcome and the quality of your service. It was truly top-notch!"

"Similar to a B&B➕Group Rental, there is no signboard outside and you can't find it at first. There is no spacious front desk like a normal hotel lobby and only a little space on the 0th floor. Near the subway line. There are 3 compartments on each floor, and the compartment where I live has 5 households. The compartment has a door and requires a code to enter. There is a strong fragrance in the compartment, I don't like it. The room also requires a password. It seems that the door lock is not very secure, which makes it a bit insecure. There is a simple kitchen, no kettle, and the bathroom and bathroom are okay. The sound insulation effect is average. Hotel supplies are average. Given the generally high prices in Brussels, this hotel is a reluctant choice."

"Despite booking a 2-person room, check in when said no problem, took us to the 3rd floor, but to the first floor took us to the large room bunk bed there to give us beds, I said and said to the 3rd floor and 2 people a room, then the staff said now all rooms  full, you do not want. Toilet shared bathroom shared is no problem, you men and women do not have separate showers there only bath curtains, not even doors, it is recommended not to go to live in this, do not think to give more money to live other better, do not be greedy cheap!"

There are many shops nearby, and a Carrefour is even inside the station – very convenient indeed. Overall, I had a very good experience with this hotel."

They kept telling me to do it through the website, but there was actually no option to cancel the reservation on the site. They didn't want to refund my money and had put me through a hassle. "Highly not recommended! ! ! ! ! hell! ! ! 1 adult 2 children, booked a 3-person room type, but after check-in at the hotel took me to a mixed room, only 3 bunk beds, also have to be separated, my child is only 6 years old! I told the person in charge that this couldn't be done, and he told me that there were no other rooms, it didn't matter, the men upstairs and in the bed next to you were all good people! There are as many as 10 or 20 people in the room, no privacy at all, even the bedside locker is not enough to divide, nor can it be locked, the sheets are stained, the toilet is on different floors, the ground floor has a long-term toilet all C, toilet paper on the trash can, the shower room is on another floor, very dirty, no door only cheap, hanging clothes to hang outside, even no hot water, but the point is to be shared by men and women! ! ! My kids and I were too scared to take a shower! The wifi provided by the hotel is only received outside the room, at the entrance of the stairs, not at all in the room! ! The streets outside the hotel are full of garbage, there are many people drinking and eating ** at night, it feels extremely unsafe, and walking out of the city center is not close, women and children must avoid! ! !"
