The Lakefront Anchorage

Well my stay was great and the room was clean granted refrigerators really tiny and there's no microwave you have to actually ask for microwave and they don't tell you about it when you check in and they said that my room was close to the elevator and it's actually 64 rooms away from the elevator that was kind of tough trying to get maintenance up here to fix the lock on my door was a hassle it took 3 days I ended up being locked out of my room because the battery died I need a batteries in the TV remote at 23 days I ended up having to go buy my own because nobody ever showed up otherwise my stay was great thank you though they don't provide breakfast you have to actually pay for it and it's super expensive
Aptel Studio Hotel

This is an apartment hotel, can make simple breakfast, free parking, suitable for children. It’s a bit away from the airport, but it’s not a big problem to rent a car; there is an Apple supermarket nearby, which is not small in size and can meet general needs. Note that the front desk does not seem to be open 24 hours a day, and the front desk staff is off work at night. I wonder if it will affect the chick in?
Wingate by Wyndham Anchorage Downtown/Ship Creek

Hotel location is good, very close to the business circle, very close to the train station, suitable for catching the train. This hotel generally does not provide hotel car pick-up, but at the airport to call the hotel front desk, the front desk will tell you to call a local taxi company, the front desk will reimburse the fare.
The Hotel Captain Cook

The most iconic hotel in Anchorage, I had to stay even if I could only afford one night. Everything was good, the room was a bit small. Definitely paying big city prices for little old Alaska, which can feel like price gouging.
Merrill Field Inn

The room is quite large, the two beds are 1.5 meters, enough for 4 people to sleep, we specially booked a small kitchen, because there is an aunt with us, do not like eating outside, but this small kitchen actually does not have pots and pans, so unless you have a pot yourself, Otherwise, you can't cook, because we went to Utah for the second half of the trip and brought pots and pans, so it can be used. This hotel is better than airport transfer, so we can drop off the bus at the hotel, so we will call back by ourselves after the drop off. But day 2 could do their bus again to the airport.

Great place by the airport. For people on transit it is hard to beat. It gets the job done if that’s all you need. But if you’re looking for someplace to stay more than one night, other venues may be better suited.
