"Warm and effective welcome from Lucia. Clean and spacious room; we liked it! The breakfast is ok; it was raining and we couldn’t go to the internal patio but we managed a nice spot by the entrance. Don’t expect a luxurious experience but it’s a honest and very nice place to stay."

"Everything was absolutely wonderful, except for the staff at the terrace with the artificial grass. They kept changing the price of a certain wine from one day to the next. It was the same brand, but they claimed the label was either red or blue and that the price would differ—without even asking which one you wanted. The reception staff had no idea about this, and on top of that, they didn’t even have updated prices or a proper menu."

"I think the title of "Great" is completely unnecessary, as soon as we arrived we were surprised to find that at the end of June the large pools were closed and practically abandoned, there is only one square one where it is almost impossible to find a space... The room was small and dirty, the walls were scary, they had stains all over them, ours communicated with another room with a closed door, but the noise from the TV and the racket was unbearable, and not to mention the sofa bed, low, small, short... my son had to sleep in the middle of ours because the mattress was no more than 2cm... The only thing we found half decent was the restaurant, very typical hotel food, and quite a bit of variety. In short, we will not return."

"Very new resort, everything is fine, the beach is far away but you can take a little train down and back up, the buffet is acceptable but they do ration the scarcer dishes like paella, top brands are included in the all-inclusive package."

"Excellent service. The dining room has a good menu, although the breakfast selection is a bit limited. It's well located, avoiding the city center but still very close to it. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly."

"The very small shower i stress i the coffee shop when we went to make a coffee out of dirt water, pony that prohibited animals i there was a bird nide with birds inside the hotel, but very comfortable beds super comfortable lunches i everything super clean i bathroom also less shower"

"The pool is very crowded, with hardly any shade. The elevators are very busy."
