We came home yesterday after our week stay, and we were so sad to leave, we felt the week went so fast, last year we went to Tenerife for 10 days (I was 6 months pregnant then) and was ready to come home by day 5/6 hence why we only booked 7 days this time. BUT we regret not booking longer. What a fantastic hotel this is. The best hotel we have ever been in. The children age 10 & 13 absolutely loved it, also our 1 year old. ARRIVING… we had a flight at 6:30am so arrived late morning, on arrival we were met with champagne, water and ice lollies at check in. Our room wasn’t quite ready for us (we had an apartment) so they put our bags in the bag room and we were able to go lunch. (We only waiting 45 mins for our room to be finished) We emailed the hotel before we came to ask for a kettle for baby bottles and a travel cot. THE ROOM…. When we arrived in the room it was very clean and spacious, we had one room with the main bed and the travel cot in, the two eldest had sofa beds in the front room. We had table and chairs in the kitchen area along with a microwave, plates cups etc, Whilst in the room the phone rang, it was reception asking if everything ok etc it was but there was no kettle so I mentioned it to them and next thing they fetched a kettle to the room. THE RESTAURANT… all very friendly staff. My children loved the “omelette man” that what they called him, he was so cheerful and happy and the kids were amazed that he knew what they wanted each morning there is a variety of different food choices. The food was amazing to be honest with you. We were going to the port one evening for food and we decided against going out for food but we loved the food a lot in the restaurant. CHILDRENS ENTERTAINMENT STAR CAMP… Wow they literally can’t do enough for your children or your family as a whole. There are so many activities on first thing in morning right the way through the day till 10pm. My daughter loved the horses that arrived there, (she a horse lover) she made cookies she joined in with the mini Bon fire that had. Also whilst on the sun beds the star camp team come around with guessing games (how many rice were in the bottle) ( how heavy was the water melon) they were all amazing and so friendly. SWIMMING POOL AND SUNBEDS swimming pool all my children enjoyed all 3 pools, it can get very busy in the water but what do you expect it 30c heat everyone needs to cool off. One night they had a foam party and everyone decided to end up in the pool they got a lifeguard on duty around 10pm to keep everyone safe (they finish around 6:30 each day) The management off the hotel were amazing, they can’t all do enough for you and are so friendly. SUNBEDS I didn’t really see a problem, yes people were up at 6am putting towels out so all the front row were taken but we always found 4 SUNBEDS together each day around 8am so we didn’t have a issue. EVENING ENTERTAINMENT… Wow wow wow They have a digital quiz which we all enjoyed as a family
Hotel Condesa

We just returned from a week at Hotel Condesa, and it was a delightful experience. The rooms were spotless, and the staff was incredibly warm and attentive to all our needs. The photos online don't do the hotel justice, and the swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights, along with the evening entertainment. Our holiday was in October, towards the end of the season, and while the sun made it pleasantly warm, it did cool down when cloudy. We opted for bed and breakfast, and the buffet exceeded our expectations with a great variety of options. Dining out in town was surprisingly affordable, with meals for two, including drinks and a shared dessert, costing around €40 to €50. We got around easily using buses and taxis, visiting both Can Picafort and the Alcudia markets, both of which were well worth the visit and only a couple of euros each way on the bus. Hotel Condesa is perfectly located on the beachfront, just a 20-minute walk to Pedro Mas Y Reus (also known as Dollar Street) and another 20 minutes to Port d'Alcudia.

A very pleasant and clean hotel.Very good facilities including pool and children's pool.An excellent breakfast with a myriad selection to meet all needs was available.Much of the food was freshly prepared for you. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant workers. The child's disco, kids club and adult entertainment was marvellous.I particularly enjoyed Motown Legends and Smooth Criminal. A little walk to lovely beaches and a very good bus service nearby. I would highly recommend the hotel and would go again.

lovely little gem of an hotel - went with family and had rooms 226 and 429, place was nice and quiet given the time of year and can imagine it is hectic when at full capacity at peak season. big plus to the free safe, free wifi and no extra fees for the fridge - other hotels take note. downside - again bear in mind it is end of season - there appeared to be nobody on reception when we were departing - and it was 3.10 AM - we just deposited our room cards behind the counter as had a bus to catch. Our hotel room had everything we could possible have needed and was kept clean throughout our stay. Special thanks to Francisco at the Red Lion for looking after us so well with food and drink and Diana at reception for making check in effortless and advising on how things operated. regarding transfer home - one note of caution as this could have been disastrous...we were booked for bus pick up at 3.25 AM - loveholidays advised us that pick up point would be at the bellevue complex roundabout - 2 mins walk away - adjacent complex. we got there on time - bus arrived - he didnt have us on his manifest so left after collecting other passengers. He returned 10 minutes later to ask were we the guests at Siesta 1 as that had been his next stop and nobody was there. Obviously a breakdown in communication between transunion and love holidays so if at bellevue roundabout for collection i would mention to the driver that am staying at siesta 1 next time - just in case - two chancers in a taxi had also descended trying to tell us or transfewr had been cancelled and we could pay them and claim it back - not likely - told em to do one!

A good hotel in Alcudia, comfortable step-by-step access to the beach, while in a quiet place, the carriageway is not heard at all. Very generous and diverse breakfasts. But the rooms are not very large, the neighbors are heard. In general everything is very decent. When the settlement is served with champagne, beach towels can be rented on bail of 10€ per person

Stayed here from 17th sept - 1st October Excellent hotel, rooms spotless and plenty of space for your clothes, cases etc, the cleaners are in every day giving fresh towels etc it’s close to beach and bars and restaurants are on your door step. We stayed bed and breakfast and it was perfect always plenty to choose from I opted for the omelette that was made fresh in front of you always something different to choose from. My only complaint about the hotel would be the entertainment. I thought there would be games etc around the pool in the daytime but there wasn’t any. It Was a nice chilled vibe with plenty of sun-beds never had to rush or put towels down early but I do wish there was something for guests (water polo) aqua aerobics etc maybe it was because of the time of year we went the entertainment on a night was a bit disappointing I would of liked child entertainment, mini disco, bingo games etc but again was very chilled. other then that hotel was perfect and I would of given 5 stars I would deffo return again. Thanks for a great holiday
