Simplemente maravilloso. Staff súper profesional y todos muy gentiles. El hotel es moderno e inspirador, las instalaciones y la comida de las mejores. La habitación es una verdadera oasis.

The hotel is such a wonderful change from the bog standard format of usual 4star hotels, our loft room sea view was amazing, mini bar refilled every day, bedding and towels, dressing gowns and slippers with pool towels, the pillows I wanted to take home, I had the best nights sleep.Our room was cleaned and mopped every day, staff was lovely. Reception staff super cheerful and helpful, great facilities. The head chef Louis was most helpful because I'm an awkward vegan and he arranged for the restaurant staff to have extra vegan items and dishes available to me. Unfortunately the Mallorcan sun wasn't warm enough to take advantage of the wonderful outside seating areas where there were live bands and a DJ and they finished at a respectable time. I really hope to return again, I am very fussy with hotels but this hotel was truly lovely. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

We recently had a wonderful family stay at the INNSIDE by Melia Alcudia Hotel. Our room was incredibly spacious and clean, well-equipped with a sink, microwave, and a fridge/freezer. The WiFi was excellent, and the smart TV and ample space for clothes made our stay even more comfortable. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from a sandy beach and close to public transport, providing direct links to Palma, the airport, and nearby towns. There were plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream shops, and activities right on our doorstep. The staff were friendly and spoke English, and the evening entertainment was of great quality. The garden was beautifully kept and maintained—a true highlight. We can't wait to go back!

We stayed as a family of 3 with a 7 yr old for 6 nights. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel that surpassed our expectations as a budget trip. The hotel itself was clean and well laid out. The food section for breakfast and dinner was fine though felt like a hospital canteen especially in the evening due to stark bright lighting. The room was finetoo, felt like an ikea designer let loose but spacious and had all mod cons. The staff were great, all friendly and helpful. Biggest positive was the kids club, with the crew there being great and supportive and our daughter loved it (which means we did!!!)…..the weekend evenings also had a cinema show and disco involving just dance which was great fun for her. Only negatives where a freezing cold pool which great in super hot sun but unfortunately an overcast few days made it almost unbearable and also the evening entertainment running late (by our standards) so might need ear plugs if your close by it! Overall, wouldn’t hesitate to come again and would recommend to any family

I stayed here with my friend and her son for 4 nights. When we arrived we were very happy with the staff greeting and design of the hotel front desk etc. We started with a room overlooking the car park, which didn’t really make us feel comfortable, so the next day we asked for an upgrade to have a pool view, they were able to do this for an extra 45 euros, which wasn’t bad at all and made us feel much happier and allowed us to enjoy the balcony. The food court was beautifully designed and had a huge range at breakfast and dinner. The location of the hotel to the beach is great, the view just isn’t particularly nice, as you’ve got some run down apartments and bars to the left of the pool and thankfully they weren’t open, as I can imagine they could be quite noisy. The son loved the kids club and my friend said she’d come and stay again, due to this being so good! Overall our stay in this hotel was a positive 8/10, would recommend with a pool view!

This hotel is in a great location, just 2 minutes from the beach. Our loft room was huge, comfortable and very clean, breakfast was superb. The staff at the poolbar and the restaurant is charming. The guy with the bloody marys at breakfast is awesome. The lobby are is very modern and comfortable. The pool area is nice, ideal for families with small children. The hotel has no private parking area, but there is always some place in the street nearby, parking is free. Check in was extremly slow, everything is still paper based, it took about 20 minutes for the lady at the reception to fill in different forms with hand writing. The evening shows were a bit noisy and bad quality for our taste. Rooms facing to the street are a bit noisy, try to choose one with pool or ocean view.We were here in late June, the 90% of the guests were families with children under 10 years, if you looking for peace and quiet, choose another hotel.

Me and my partner arrived home on the 7th June from us staying for a week. The hotel is absolutely stunning and so clean. We had an amazing time i’m so glad i booked this hotel. You can also watch netflix on the tv which I thought was a brilliant idea. All you do is scan a QR code where then you have access to your phone to play youtube netflix etc. The bali beds are brill you get 2 cocktails included and a fruit platter. The beds are really comfy, I would personally book pool view as doesn’t look like much of a view from the other rooms i have seen. We never actually ate for food in the restraunt apart from having a pizza to takeaway to the room but everything I did see looked lovely. We had bed and breakfast and was spoilt for choice. We stayed in room 292 and the room was really spacious.

As per the title I’m really reluctant to write a review about this gem of a hotel, as I want the secret to be kept! We have just returned from our 2nd visit to this hotel, this time with our 10 month old baby. Everything was just perfect, from the outside it doesn’t look much but the renovations to this hotel are amazing not a detail has been missed. The breakfast is plentiful, and we were b&b but had dinner in Mascalzone on the last night that too was lovely. I didn’t see one member of staff that didn’t smile, it’s such a happy place. We had a loft suite with pool view, this type is huge with a separate sitting area, small sink and microwave,and double balcony (they are slightly narrow - but still fit a tables and 2 deckchairs) There was never a need to reserve a sunlounger (although you always get the odd 2 who do!!) we came to the pool at all different times of the day and never failed to get a bed. The pool and surrounding areas were also immaculate. There’s a quirky caravan by the pool which serves food and drinks and not overpriced either. I’m trying to think of something negative to say to put other travellers off, but I can’t, we will definitely return again.
