Extremely nice and comfortable hotel. Even though with slightly higher price compared to other surrounding hotels in the area, but we totally feel and cashed in the worthiness’ at the moment we checked in the hotel and greeted by Mr.Khang. He was superbly calm and professional handling all our questions and whatever queries we had. He even printed out an information paper sheet that consisted of airport bus arrival time for us as reference. This highly assured our coming trips and made us travel with lighter hearts 🫶🏻 he is the best!!!!!!!! Please give him a promotion and raise!!!!! 10/10 will recommend to our friends and families to here again 🥰🥰

The location of the hotel is great. Close to JR, and convenient store is nearby. The room is spacious that you can open two big luggage and still have many room for walking. And I personally love the big window which I can watch the snow from the room.

By far the best hotel we have stayed in our first Hokkaido ski trip! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can’t compliment it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Andrea Antonio (I hope I spelled the name right!) who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He even helped us arrange a lovely dinner and a traditional tea ceremony, which added such a special touch to our trip. The hotel itself is stunning, especially during the Christmas season! They had an incredible display in the lobby — a real cookie house, which was so impressive. Andrea told us it was built by their in-house pastry chef, and I can’t even begin to describe the level of detail in it. Truly an amazing work of art, and huge credit goes to those talented hands behind it. Our room was fantastic — the highlight being the automatic blinds that you could control just by tapping our room card! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with a luxurious bathtub. Though we didn’t get to use the tub (since we were enjoying the onsen), it was a nice touch. Speaking of the onsen, it was a real treat! We loved spending time there, though there was a small hiccup when the water ran out after 11pm. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but it would’ve been nice if it had been available for a little longer. Overall, the service was impeccable, the room was fantastic, and the onsen was super relaxing. I would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in Sapporo!

The staff were always very nice and greeted us warmly every time they saw us. We got upgraded to the royal Level of rooms which gives you access to the French restaurant. Beautiful spacious room with a great view. Short walk to the shopping street and to Odori Park. Would stay there again for sure.

I like the hotel as it is not in the Central Area where it is crowded, so very little tourist groups. Most of the guests in the hotel are local nationals. It is located next to a mall so very convenient for everything. A ton of food within walking distance. Admittedly the hotel is a little dated but it is vey well kept. The service is top notch although they mostly don’t speak English so you’ll have to use google translate to speak to them, which I did not mind. Had a few misunderstandings during the trip which was due to miscommunication. Also please note that the hotel does not provide daily housekeeping, they would change all your towels, give you new amenties and empty all you trash as you leave it outside your room. They come into your room to refresh the room only once every 4 days. Which again I did not mind. I would rate it highly but I can’t give it a 5 having stayed in other better hotels, but this checks off a lot of boxes for me if you are on holiday and want something clean, well maintained, good service and nice.

Hotel - Smells good always,clean always,provide all the basic things such as tooth brush,shaver,cap,comb,hair dryer,shampoo,body wash,hair conditioner,body lotion,eye mask,tea and coffee bags. Location -was very good in the middle.Most of the attraction places very nearby such as sapporo tv tower,sapporo clock tower,odor park, near to JR Sapporo station too. Breakfast - not many choices but still can eat.I think they must have some variety of food and menu. Tours - If you book a tour from klook.com they will come and fetch you from the main lobby of hotel.It makes us felt convenient. JR Sapporo station nearby around 450m - walking distance.You can reach to this hotel from new chitose airport taking a subway around 45min.Its also cheaper around 1150 Yen per person.Once you reach JR Sapporo station ,you can walk using your Google map or you may use Go Taxi app to book a taxi if you felt you have a lot of luggage it will cost 770 Yen. We enjoy and love our stay at Ana crown plaza hotel.Will stay here next time when we come back to Sapporo.Recomended.Thank you so much for your wonderfull service.🥰

Love this mid size hotel, easily beats many of the international luxuries brands.... mind you this is not a young hotel, yet everything is well kept and for asian who likes harder beds this is one of the BEST mattress i have slept on. Not to mention the bed linens is of extreme high quality that make the likes of Park Haytt and Conrad feel like cheaps rags.

Very nice! The hotel gave us an extra bed for our three people. Particularly I recommend the breakfast although you maybe get something special. Hahaha! The location is very good. It’s very near from JR station and has many good restaurants nearby.

The hotel was very well location next to a major park. the hotel offered parking with a fee (1000 yen per day) which was convenient. The front desk offered higher floor room with nice view which was pleasant. they also offered welcome drinks upon check in.

Staff service was excellent. Explained all amenities and services in detail. Rooms had a antique feel but was very clean and tidy. Location is just a bit out from city center if by public transport but other than that it was excellent.

the location is 8min walk from JR Chitose Station, guests with heavy luggage may consider calling a taxi. The place is quite antique and come with fews plug outlet. However, the room is spacious and the staff was so nice helping arranging a taxi arrangement to the airport the next day. The morning sunrise view from my room was so beautiful.

From the moment we arrived at Mizu no Uta, Tsuruga Resort at Lake Shikotsu, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquil luxury. Valet parking greeted us, and we were swiftly escorted to a path lined with zen music, setting the tone for a stay where every detail exudes serenity. Upon entering the reception, a majestic wooden carving of an owl, a powerful symbol of protection in Ainu culture, watched over us. In a delightful and intimate touch, we were asked to remove our shoes – a gesture that immediately made the resort feel like a sanctuary. Walking barefoot on soft wooden floors in such a refined environment felt like the ultimate indulgence. Live harp music floated through the air as we were led past a live fireplace, its warm flames inviting guests to roast marshmallows, adding a whimsical, yet homely feel to the elegant surroundings. The staff, attentive yet discreet, escorted us to our room via separate lifts, ensuring our luggage was seamlessly handled. Entering the room, we were struck by its sheer spaciousness. A half-sized fridge, thoughtfully included, perfectly stored all our chilled treats from the road trip. But the true star was the view: an uninterrupted panorama of lush greenery, stretching out to meet the serene waters of Lake Shikotsu. The combination of the stunning scenery and the luxurious in-room robe made us feel like chaebols, lounging in opulence and shielded from the cool lakeside breeze. As for the dining, the buffet at Mizu no Uta is nothing short of spectacular. Where many buffets struggle to balance quantity and quality, this resort excels at both. Highlights included a live dessert station and a live pizza-making corner, where thin-crust pizzas, surprisingly better than those from Furano’s famed Cheese Factory, were expertly prepared. The spread also featured an incredible assortment of sashimi – the freshest I encountered during my 1.5-week trip across various hotels. The salmon and mackerel, both raw and uniquely marinated in glass jars, were exceptional. The hot dishes maintained the same elevated standard. A simple tomato-based clam spaghetti was transformed by the quality of ingredients, while even the sautéed kailan was enhanced with the addition of Parma ham. Local produce, such as the fresh broccoli used in the cream-based dishes, lent an unmistakable brightness to each bite. The combination of Japanese and Western cuisine was balanced beautifully, with every plate delivering a sense of thoughtful craftsmanship. Of course, no stay at a lakeside resort would be complete without a visit to the onsen bath. While slightly smaller than the one at Lake Akan, the onsen here is far superior in cleanliness and upkeep. Conveniently, the bath is stocked with towels, so there’s no need to carry your own from the room. The experience is further enhanced by a sauna illuminated with soothing blue light, adding a layer of tranquility to the ritual. The open-air onsen is another highlight. For those who appreciate the purity of nature, the bath even features drinkable Lake Shikotsu water, renowned as one of Japan’s top 100 spring waters. This thoughtful touch, coupled with the stunning views, creates an immersive experience that is equal parts restorative and luxurious.

The hotel is very good. The room is big and comfortable. The service is very good. There are many free meals and drinks. And free afternoon tea. It is best to book dinner in advance. The surrounding environment is very good and quiet. In short, I will come back to rest again.

Excellent rooms which are large enough to accommodate a family of four with 2 children (aged 10 and 12) inclusive. The Niseko-yo was also nearby to offer a wider option for food choices. The view for breakfast during my trip was simply breathtaking. Breakfast buffet spread was the best I have ever had (and my standards are pretty high!) For those who love skiing around Niseko, the hotel offers shuttle bus services around this area. Facilities and amenities live up to the Hilton name. Onsen is superb! Will definitely stay here again. I recently stayed at a hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. The location was incredibly convenient, situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the breakfast. It was plentiful, with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from each morning. I also thoroughly enjoyed the on-site hot springs. They were relaxing and provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, my room offered a stunning view, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel provides an excellent base with great amenities. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The view on Lake Toya from the hotel was spectacular. We were lucky to have witnessed the cloud sea and sunrise. From the other angle, we could see the full view of Mt Yotei, also known as Hokkaido Fuji. There are few restaurants in the hotel, including the Japanese, Chinese, French, and the Italian. There was also good onsen in the hotel, both idoor and outdoor. We will definitely come back to stay again in the future.

Top-notch service with free private pickup service to and fro from the welcome centre to the hotel.

The hotel service is slightly inferior to other Ritz. When the hotel helped to pick up the car from the garage, the cab was covered with snow. The hotel includes breakfast, and no one can order a signature dish. After the three of us ordered, only one was served, and it was not served after that. When the people who came in after us and ordered the same meal as us came, we remembered that we asked the waiter if he could help us check when ours would be served. As a result, one waiter went to find another, and the three waiters discussed for a long time, and finally ran over to tell us that the one we ordered was gone. I asked by the way, why did the people at the next table who came later eat, but ours was gone, and why couldn't they tell us in advance? As a result, the waiter just said sorry, and then helped us order another one, and it looked rough after it was served. When we went to the hot spring, our slippers were worn by others. Finally, the ski resort is still good, but remember to make reservations for all snow activities in advance.

I would like to share a few words with you about our feeling of coming back to your Park Hyatt Hanazono hotel from 29/3/2024 to 3/4/2024. We are beginners of skiing, therefore, our first choice is a ski-in and ski-out hotel. Therefore, last year we came to your hotel and we came back again for further improvement of our skiing. We travelled a long way from the airport to your hotel for almost over 3 hours. However, we didn't receive a warm welcome from your hotel by the time we got out of our car. By the time we checked-in, the handling time took much longer than I expected, maybe we all felt tired after long travelling and wanted to go up to our room. Another guest who was sitting next to me seemed to complain about your service to another staff.. When we arrived at our room, only 3 mandarins were put on the table to welcome us but they did not look very attractive. Next morning, the breakfast was as good as last year, because nothing more had changed. But again, not very welcoming. Our dishes were piling up on the table long before they were taken away. That was not the case last year. We asked guest service to fold up the sofa bed as we wanted it to be more spacious. However, I called several to get it done when we came back from skiing in the evening. But we clearly said we could do it when we were out in the daytime. We booked 2 adults and 1 child, however, we could only find 3 adult clothes for onsen. We called guest service to provide us with child cloth for onsen. However, after tidying up, they provided us with another 3 sets of clothes for onsen again. So, my daughter wore oversized clothes to the onsen. It was not like this when we first came here last year. Luckily, on the third day, we met a new and young manager during breakfast, we received a warm welcoming smile for the first time. We chatted for a while and my daughter felt happy with him. Last year, my daughter made some friends here with your staff and learnt some Japanese from your staff. That made her like the Japanese culture and language. Ironically, after folding up the sofa bed, they mistakenly mixed up my daughter white colored soft toy - cinnamoroll - with the bed sheets for the laundry. Luckily, maybe with the help of the young guy, we found it back. My daughter was so delighted, thanks for all your efforts, but however, the soft toy had been shrunk by the laundry machine. The inner tubing was one of our favors in Park Hyatt Hotel, however, it looked obscenity and did not match with the natural scenery and the well-designed architecture surroundings at all. It looked like a facility in a developing country. Next Easter holiday was a late holiday, maybe no more snow for skiing. Originally we had planned to come again with whole families of six for skiing. Maybe it is high time for us to look for another ski-in ski-out hotel, though I have promised the young guy to meet him next year.

This is a family trip for two adults and two kids. And we stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, bfast and dinner included. It's apparent in the booking that we will have kids in the stay, and yet either Trip.com/hotel charged us meals for 4 adults for the entire trip. We ended up overpaying A LOT and wasting A LOT of food because the kids couldn't finish the set meal. Yet the hotel refused to adjust / refund. This was a serious mistake made by Trip.com / hotel. The hotel provided shuttle bus to the ski resort. Good that there was early shuttle bus around 815am BUT the return shuttle was way too early (4pm) for any serious skiers. The hotel should offer more options. There was no gym in the hotel and difficult to do some proper full-body exercise. Onsen set up was nice and clean and tidy. The public onsen wasn't used much so it ended up a big private onsen for us. We like the traditional Japanese cusine but very disappointed that the chef provided limited changes on the menu during our 7 nights of stay. We spent roughly same number of nights elsewhere in Niseko and the design of their menu was way better. Staff in general was very helpful and friendly and some of them spoke English and Chinese. The hotel was short of staff IMO. I could see them running around in the hotel. The ski equipment room could be equipped with better facility to dry ski boots and gloves. Shuttle bus was only offered to Niseko but not Kutchan station which was in fact not too far away anyway. The room was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was great too. It's 10mins from the Niseko station and 5mins from annupuri ski run.

The best choice for those who want to see snow and play in the snow but not ski in Niseko. The hotel is very quiet. There are only 18 rooms. The room you book includes breakfast and dinner. There are ********* service staff who can speak Chinese. Once you arrive at the hotel, they will give you a detailed introduction to the arrangements for breakfast and dinner and hotel details. Breakfast is a 2-choice Chinese/Western set meal, and dinner has Japanese Sukiyaki/Western choices (four adults chose 2 Sukiyaki and 2 Western dishes, which were very delicious). The room is 75 square meters, and the design is very user-friendly. There is even a washing machine in each room. You can see the snow scenery of Mt. Yotei by opening the balcony door. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery while soaking in the hot spring. It is really worth staying for 1-2 nights. The hotel also has 24-hour tea and refreshments in the lobby. There is also a Japanese-made handicraft area for sale. There is a large area of ​​snow just outside the hotel, and children can have a lot of fun. In short, it is a very memorable and recommended Japanese inn.
