5-Star Hotels in Shandong, China

All good except the staff is unwilling to assist in booking taxi, as the app requires Wechat pay, but we don't have. We ask the staff to help in booking, the staff insisted that they cannot have monetary involvement with guest. While I recognize the importance of following the rules, however it must see what kind of thing to follow. I don't think assist guest in taxi booking is a big big problem.

I enjoyed my stay at Narada hotel. The staff made sure that my stay was comfortable and pleasant from booking in to booking out. The vibe set by the aesthetics of the hotel and the surroundings made for a good experience. The only downside to my visit is the majority of the Jimo Ancient City attractions and stores being closed during my stay there, including the hotel restaurant. A special thank you to the concierge team and Sandy for making my Narada experience a great one!

Super friendly staff, excellent locatio, metro station in front if the hotel. No free bus shuttle to the airport, for a 5* rated hotel at this price rooms are so, so, had been at wydham the night before lower price better room quality.

the location is best. you get to the hotel right at subway exit, across Shangri-la hotel and you can walk to Qingdao landmark in just 10 mins. the room was huge and nice and clean. the bathroom was separated into bathtub, shower room and toilet. it's a shame that we could only stay for a night and missed breakfast.

Stayed 2 nights with family. The view was nice, though another building was in front of us, we could see both sea and city side scenery. Breakfast was nice, we could enjoy various food. Kids also enjoyed. Hotel staffs are very nice and friendly. Especially Owen helped us to stay comfortable.

I was so satisfied during my stays in Holiday in Qingdao City Center. The hotel was located right next to the subway station, so it was easy to go anywhere, and also, it is near the tourist spots, so you can take a taxi with the low cost to brewery musium, night market, Zhanqiao Pier, and so on. And the best part of the hotel would be its kind staff; especially ”Jason”, he helped me a lot when I was sick and went to emergency room. He helped me to be treated by the doctor at midnight; registering to the hospital, translating doctor's comments, and guiding me to the right place for the treatment for hours. I am so sorry that I could not express well how I was appreciated to him at that time because I was too sick. I hope all the staff at the hotel would be on a roll this new year.

It’s 10 minutes walk from the checkout point of QingDao JiaoDong Airport. Very spacious room with all necessary amenities, I particularly enjoy the bath tub which the hotel also provided the bath salt. The hotel room facing airport, which I enjoy watching the sunrise straight from my bed. Breakfast was full of variety and delicious. The restaurant was spacious and the view at the window was pleasant. Highly recommended to business travelers who wants to save time between airport and hotel. It will soothe your tired body after a day work for sure.

I had a great stay here as it is affordable and located near several attractions and malls. From above, can see the whole skyline of the beautiful city with the light show.

MGM as expected. I visited with my girlfriend because it was an anniversary. After check in, the manager brought the fruit and cake to my room and brought the fruit back in the evening. The staff service is good, and they are always smiling. We had a really good time.. See you next time.

Front desk Mr Zhao was very helpful and knowledgeable about Yantai . He had given us some great information on how to go about the area and thing to do. Thumbs up Perfect location to shopping mall and walkable to Yantai San and coastal line .

The hotel has nice location with beach view , rich breakfast, big size room . But facilities are not so new already , and lift runs forever.

Nearly everything was perfect, the location, the service, the staff members and became a very good cleanliness room (upgrade for free). Normally I give 5+ but... After I was at breakfast in second floor I found my table was full of dirt (this occurs from dinner the day before because I was 6:45 at breakfast and the opening time is 6:30). After I see this I change to the executive floor for breakfast and everything was perfect. Sorry guys: for a 4 star hotel a no go.

My friend stayed here one days and they have a seven months baby, Dennis Wang is very nice and considerate for they, especially for my baby, he supplied a baby cot and a toy for my little baby. We will stay here again for next holiday.

A very comfortable stay. The front desk staff No. 8 is very enthusiastic and works hard, worthy of being a staff of Hilton brand company. I stayed for 6 consecutive nights under the enthusiastic introduction of the front desk staff No. 8, and felt the rich breakfast, fitness room, swimming pool... The hotel is located near the sea, and there are many restaurants around. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave oven, and washing machine. I wish the front desk staff No. 8, the room service Huang Lingling and other hotel staff good luck in 2025. See you again if there is a chance.

Overall happy with the stay, service was somewhat good and where we asked for things they would do it quickly. I have an allergy to gluten and milk and I asked the manager and then the next few days they would bring out special bread and ham for me. On the downside the hotel offers a pool table inside but when we went to go on it they were charging 40RMB per hour which is very steep. Should be free considering it’s a 5 star hotel, plus they have mini carts outside which you can rent but they wanted 300RMB per hour!! I almost fell over when they said that. They had about 30 of them outside and not a single one was being used, should be much cheaper or affordable. Just a note if you speak Chinese it helps as you can haggle on price for pool table and get to use it free. Only one or two of the staff speak some English, most do not so just a warning for the English speaking, just use translate. Location is ok but quite a way to get to a more busier part for relaxing at. We were there for business and location was good for this. Breakfast was too busy every time we went down we had to go looking for a table if there were any free so that’s a downside. If you go in the busy period in July then be warned.

We stayed in the Brigh Radiance for 6 nights. It was a very nice experience. The front desk lady LanLan was helpful and super friendly. Other staff members in the lobby and the 2nd floor restaurant are nice too. The hotel has a wonderful location with the beautiful ocean view. The food and the restaurant in the hotel are nice too. The hotel provides water, juice, snacks and has everything we needed including the sewing kit. Great location, nice staff and good food!

I had a big room to myself, felt a little underutilized but overall, very comfortable. The toilet is also very big and can be used by two persons at a time, so wasted and I am alone this time. Everything is good except perhaps lighting in bathroom especially the vanity area can be brighter so that I can see my make up clearer :)! One more comment about the power point at bedside, as I do not have international adaptor, so I have to charge my phone at study table area. It will be nice if they can also have the international power point like the one at the study table. Very good spread of buffet breakfast just that I found food (bacon, sausages and noodles) is not warm. Anyway, there are other warmer food available too. Above are my personal comments which do not affect the rating of the hotel. Of course, if those are being improved than this hotel will score 110% from me.

“It was a very satisfying accommodation experience! The hotel's design is very unique, the room is warmly decorated, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly at night. The hotel's gym and self-service laundry room are also very complete. There is also a billiard mahjong room on the 20th floor suitable for relaxation. The room is very comfortable. A new hotel means it has the most advanced and avant-garde equipment, such as no need to plug in mobile phone charging, highly intelligent toilet in the bathroom 🚽, no need for manual automatic flushing, including various diaper cleaning modes, and seat heating. As always, Shanghai Beach Yulong shampoo, bath and skin care products, facing the unobstructed Golden Sand Bay sea view bedroom with a large bed and bathtub 🛁, rich and delicious breakfast without borders, and polite staff. Yantai has been cement-sealed and shrouded in smog these days, so that the lonely whale and the outdoor beauty of Golden Sand Bay cannot be taken beautiful photos. I have no intention of going there. Fisherman's Wharf is even more of a fool's wharf. Only Indigo makes it all worthwhile. Bonnie, the little beauty at the front desk, is particularly attentive and polite, worthy of praise. She helped us carry several boxes of luggage by herself, and all inquiries were responded to quickly. She is very professional and pleasing to the eye. The restaurant staff is also great. The slight flaw is the heated swimming pool. There are too many guests, the shower room is so dirty, the locker room is so dirty, and there are stains on the floor of the wet steam room.

The hotel room was classy and comfortable, and the service was superb. I only wanted to go sightseeing at a few places, and the ladies at the front desk gave me very clear directions using public transportation. Mission accomplished!!

Clean modern hotel, large size room, breakfast reasonable, but all of this is meaningless when the room was like an oven and the air con not only didn’t work, but the cold setting kept automatically jumping back up to 25 degrees and actually warming the room. The main purpose of booking a hotel is somewhere to sleep for the night, and when it is way too hot too sleep, then that is a major drawback!

This is one of the best experience I have with Shangri-la especially the service from the front desk is impeccable! Kudos to Erin王婷!! She’s the best!! She made our trip extra special! Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! When we request for housekeeping or anything, it gets done immediately which is pretty impressive! Once again, thank you Erin for giving us over and above service during our stay!

Vicky's service is very professional and standardized, and I proactively ask questions. I feel that the training is very thorough. Staying in the middle of the night helped me proactively upgrade my room type, and I am very able to consider issues from the customer's perspective. Hygiene: The cleanliness and tidiness are as shown in the picture, even the corners are spotless. Environment: Geographical environment, quiet amidst hustle and bustle, adjacent to Jinan CBD, making it very convenient for both commuting and leisure travel. Facilities: Bathroom, wet dry separation. In terms of public security, there are one card per floor, and cards on other floors cannot be swiped. This prevents the occurrence of sending out small cards or looking for ladies, which is very good. The concierge is also serious and responsible

AMAZING HOTEL! More than my expectations. Brilliant accommodation. With 200RMB more you can enjoy a late checkout, exceptional breakfast for two with variety of western and Chinese food and drinks, from 14:00-16:30pm you can enjoy the afternoon tea with fruit and very delicious small tuna croissant and Happy hour from 18:00-20:00pm with wine and many alcohol drinks and super delicious food. Highly recommend this hotel definitely worth the money! If I have chance I will visit it again. The view from 70th floor is SPEECHLESS insane. God is good.

The hospitality of Shandong is definitely not an empty phrase. This hotel fully reflects it. The receptionist greeted us and enthusiastically sent our suitcases to the room. He reminded us of everything. It was great. The environment was even better. The hotel itself was like a small tourist attraction. I made a pot of tea with the hotel's spring water. The scenery outside the window was very impressive. It took only a few minutes to walk to Baotu Spring. It was very convenient to bring children. I booked two hotels in Jinan. This one was the one I was more satisfied with.

Literally, one of the best hotels in Jinan. Rooms are very clean and equipped with the best devices. The staff is very professional and competent. Breakfasts are served at the highest level of taste and style. You can enjoy not only tasty dishes, but also have a great view from the 33 floor. Swimming pool area and the gym also very good.
