This hotel is amazing, and I mean it! The location is perfect for everything: there are major sites, the sea, the beach. It was the best sea view you could hope for! Both the buffet and a la carte are delicious and affordable (and with the view as well). Special thanks goes to the staff and the cervice. Everyone was super helpful, attentive, polite and professional. Serena at the front desk answered every possible question and assisted with everything! The room has all the facilities you could wish for and lots of complimentary water and fruits. I will definitely come again and recommend it to friends.

Nearly everything was perfect, the location, the service, the staff members and became a very good cleanliness room (upgrade for free). Normally I give 5+ but... After I was at breakfast in second floor I found my table was full of dirt (this occurs from dinner the day before because I was 6:45 at breakfast and the opening time is 6:30). After I see this I change to the executive floor for breakfast and everything was perfect. Sorry guys: for a 4 star hotel a no go.

Four Points Sheraton is really the most cost-effective luxury hotel in Yantai. I stayed in the suite for two days in less than one day. It was covered with snow after the snow and you can see the sea, which is absolutely beautiful. Especially the housekeeper Lulu, she is very enthusiastic and proactive, and solves problems in time. I would like to commend her. The decoration is very new, not like Four Points at all, and even has the temperament of Ritz-Carlton. I will still choose Four Points Sheraton for my next business trip.
