beautiful property, but I only had 6 hours total to enjoy plus the weather was awful, cold and foggy, so barely could see 1 meter from my balcony. the room was comfortable and well appointed, as was the bathroom. the swing open shutters for one to sit and soak in the tub and see the sea out the balcony door (unfortunately I didnt have the time) 5 complaints though: 1) there were perhaps 8 rooms occupied the night I stayed, yet the staff put all guests in the same place, so loud neighbors and cleaning staff without any sense of etiquette could wake me up at 630am 2) VIP lounge was closed 3) pool and gym was closed 4) lighting controls were primitive and one switch by the bed kills all power, including any outlet to charge your electronics... 5)TV was 80% static image, like it was connected to a rabbit ears aerial from 1970s instead of HDMI digital STB. staff was friendly but didnt speak one word of English... I would expect more from a 5 star western chain

Great! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The suite was really big and clean. The bathroom is huge and has a beautiful mosaic on the wall. There’s a big bathtub where you can relax and watch movies at the same time. The bed is big and comfortable. Theres a TV in the bedroom, in the sitting room and in the bathroom. The suite has TWO balconies with a sea view. There’s even a Bluetooth speaker that can be connected to your phone. All the necessary toiletries were provided. The hotel staff would bring us fresh fruit to the room every evening. The breakfast and dinner were good too, better than we expected based on the reviews. Many options to choose from, including salmon sashimi. We compared the food options in the nearby hotels and this one seemed to be the best. There was even a chocolate fountain :) Nice gym, but the pool was closed due to Covid. Very good experience overall and would definitely recommend the hotel!

The first time I stayed in Mandarin Hotel, the experience was great! We have stayed in other hotels on the island, and finally chose the Mandarin Hotel. Special thanks to the front desk manager Stella and her team, who are very professional, especially helped us to choose the room, and even upgraded it. The view of the sea is great! The service is very warm, friendly and considerate, the price is right, the introduction of the hotel is also very detailed, the hotel parking is very convenient, the lobby is very beautiful, beautiful, like being in a sea world! The rooms are large and clean! The balcony view of the sea effect is very good! The back garden can also row a boat, the swimming pool water temperature constant temperature, about 28 °C, very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffets were great! The hotel is easy to find and close to the highway exit. I am very grateful to every front desk service staff of Jimo Blue Sea for their warm hospitality and care in the past few days. Every time I pass by the lobby, several girls greet me with a smile every day. If I need anything, I will help to solve it immediately. What can I be dissatisfied with such service? I knew that I had chosen the right hotel the day I checked in. The a**osphere at the front desk was very good. The children participated in the lottery. Both children got their favorite prizes. They also prepared various snacks for the children. They also put the juice in cups at room temperature. The girl at the front desk said that it was specially prepared for the children, so there was no ice. It was so thoughtful. I didn’t know where to go in Jimo for the first time. They also helped us introduce and help us get a taxi. The weather was hot and they asked us to bring a few more bottles of water on the road. I really experienced the best service in two or three days. When we checked out, we said we were going to Qingdao. They also introduced us where to have fun and how to take the subway. They also gave us a Qingdao map, which also had a refrigerator magnet that was very commemorative. In the afternoon, the lobby manager called again to ask about our hotel experience. It goes without saying that it must be a five-star experience. I will come again next time and hope to see you all again.
