Family-friendly Hotels in Macau, China

What a five star experience should be. The organization of the check in process was smooth and efficient. The rooms were clean and pristine. The service is what you expect from a five star hotel very nice amenities and the gym was one of the best I’ve seen.

This is the first time we stayed this hotel and I asked if the hotel can offer us a better city view. The hotel people was so kind to upgrade us to a high floor and the city view was great and beautiful. The hotel has lot of restaurants to choose , standard and high price restaurants which was good for customer to choose . The hotel room has provide free drinks and snacks for customer which is good in case people feel hungry in the early morning or night. And the only small issue was the bath tub was so slippy and need to place a small met inside the bath tub, otherwise , elder people would easy to fall down and the handle was too low in position to catch when showering .

I love the ambiance it was quiet, clean, facilities are new, bathroom is superb and the staff were very helpful and attentive. It may be quite away from the strip but the free shuttle bus were all highly accessible so we could still go to different locations. They have free shuttle bus that takes you to the other side of Macau not just cotai. Still convenient. Buffet breakfast was also superb. Indoor pool awesome. We enjoyed our stay.

the hotel is nice and clean. the size of the room is decent, view is great, great shower. We did not visit the pool but for a hotel at this price range with the amenities they provide, the overall experience is great. We will come back again.

The hotel's location is simply unparalleled. It is located in the center of Macau, providing unparalleled convenience. What impressed me most was that I could easily and quickly reach the must see attractions in this city. The hotel is brand new. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness is evident. From clean sheets to spotless bathrooms, every corner of the room has been meticulously cleaned. Room service personnel deserve special mention as they are committed to ensuring a hygienic and comfortable environment for guests. One of the most prominent features of this hotel is its stunning infinity pool. The scenery of the swimming pool is breathtaking, offering a panoramic view of the city skyline. This is an ideal place to relax after a long day. The swimming pool area is well maintained, equipped with comfortable lounge chairs and a peaceful atmosphere, adding fun to overall relaxation. Daniel at the front desk was very helpful, his warm welcome and sincere friendliness set the tone for my stay, providing valuable insights into local attractions and dining options. He actively resolves any questions and ensures smooth check-in and check-out procedures, which is truly commendable. I must say that the hotel exceeded my expectations in multiple aspects. My accommodation at YOHO Treasure Island Hotel was simply fantastic. The superior geographical location, spotless cleanliness, luxurious infinity pool, and excellent service from Daniel and other staff make this hotel the first choice for anyone visiting Macau. I strongly recommend it and look forward to my next visit.

The check in process was smooth and enjoyable, big thank you to Linda for such a good 1st mpression. My room was on 11th floor with a view of the pool and Sands. Very soft, comfy bed with a huge bathroom (rain shower is amazing here). There were a few issues though, their water kettle didn't work and I called for help. 4hrs later it still wasn't resolved, I called again and 1hr later it's finally replaced. I find it unfortunate to see that it takes a 5star hotel 5hrs to fix a broken kettle. The next morning I tried to use the coffee capsules machine, but again... it doesn't work. I called for help and this time it was quick, but the male staff who came in looked very unhygienic and didn't take off his shoes ,walking around inside the room. Then a female staff replaced the machine shortly and she was wonderful. The pool area has a slide, one jacuzzi along with a nice gym and locker rooms. I have to emphasize the locker rooms because inside also has another jacuzzi, wet+dry steam rooms and private massage rooms. Slippers, towels, lotions, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer are all provided. I especially enjoyed the steam rooms, very clean and relaxing. The cleanliness of the overall hotel is very good, except for some small coffee/soda stains left on the table from the room when I checked in. I think the resort needs to make sure all appliances are 100% working and cleaned room before the guests arrive, because I was definitely bothered and disappointed in this area, as I expected better from a high quality resort

This was a very nice stay away from main Casino district (Taipa) in Macau, and we (as a family) loved it. Let me give you few bullets 1. After booking, I send email to hotel, but there was no reply for 48 hours. 2. when enquired through Trip.com, though the booking was with Club Millesime, the first answer was no access to Longue. When enquired again, Longue access was confirmed (sound like they obliged). 3. Reaching Hotel by taxi (from HZMB port) is appx 30 minutes taxi ride (120 HKD) - on reaching hotel, we found they have bus from the port every 30 minuets - details missing on their website. 4. Check-in experience was good, no delay, no unnecessary question. 5. Pleasent surprise was level of English-speaking staff at hotel. we always found someone to talk to and find required information. 6. Club Millesime (Longue - L17) available for food three times a day - Afternoon High tea, Late evening Happy Hours and morning Breakfast. Though the food options are limited (specially for Vegetarian people), we found the place enjoyable. 7. We explored the old city (opposite to hotel) in afternoon, and it was wonderful experience. we went to Fort and Wall and possibly best narrow streets in the world. 8. Rooms were good, comfortable sleep, nice TV options (TV speakers were bad while watching movie). 9. Sofitel is working hard on Environmental stuff, you can see it everywhere in room. No water bottle, no plastic, no loose item for tooth paste, lotion, shampoo, comb etc. 10. Morning breakfast (at L6) was good, good spread and many items were fresh. During holiday period, you may need to way for some time. There were a few vegetarian options for breakfast. 11. Checkout process was very easy. 12. I couldn't experience fitness center, swimming pool and restaurant due to other priorities. check few photos (room details for more information.

Had a great stay at Broadway. A cheaper alternative to its parent Galaxy, but very comfortable, clean and inviting all the same. We went during low season and the reception very kindly upgraded us to a junior suite which was awesome. Our room looked out onto the river and was spotless. My favourite thing about the hotel is that it had a food street, offering loads of dining options. The hotel connects onto the Galaxy making it very easy to move between both hotels.

I had a wonderful time staying at Andaz Macau. While room upgrade was subject to availability, all the staff tried their best to fulfill our requests and made the most of our stay. The room was spacious and equipped with modern facilities. By far this was the most generous hotel that we have ever stayed, so many welcome gifts, free lounge with tasty cookies, little gifts from their turndown services and not to mention the delicious complimentary cake provided for our special occasion. Breakfast selections at Andaz Kitchen were also very complete and delicious that we got to try some famous Portuguese and Macanese specialties. The staff were all friendly and helpful but I’d like to specifically mention the warm and pleasant personality lady in medium length hair wearing a black beret at the breakfast venue who met all our needs even provided our daughter with a gift while she was crying. I’d definitely go back should I have another chance to travel to Macau.
