Highly recommended, because I brought a baby with me, breakfast was delivered to the room I stayed for 3 consecutive days, and changed to a new room on the second day. I could see the train when I opened the curtains. The soundproofing was great, and I couldn't hear any sound at all. I could take a group of beautiful emotional parent-child photos by the window when I got up early! Highly recommended! The price is also very reasonable, and the location is also very good. If you don't bring your children, you can walk anywhere!

This is a wonderful hotel located round the corner from the metro station and slap bang in the middle of the many malls and food outlets. As such, it's in a great location for tourists and visitors to this wonderful city. The hotel is big and spacious. The typical room is very very large compared to the average hotel, and the price is very cheap, representing excellent value for money. For anyone visiting downtown, I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were all professional and courteous and the whole experience of staying at such nice hotels made my trip to China all the more memorable.

Excellent service and amenities even though it's a small cosy hotel. The hotel is located in Zhongjie street which is easy to access many tourist spots. The complimentary milk tea voucher and afternoon tea set show a warm welcome and hospitality. And the washing machine for free with detergent is definitely a plus. Highly recommended.

The hotel was really clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast served was good. There were only 2 small issues. People smoking in the hotel, even with signs saying no smoking. Staff didn't stop people from smoking. And secondly during the night there's a strange humming noise in the bedroom.Otherwise a really good stay and I would definitely recommend others to book their stay there.

The Architecture is like European Style, amazing interior and exterior design, Luxury stay, one of the best hotel breakfasts in China for foreigners with huge variety. The list of things to enjoy are endless 👏but a bite too expensive, and for a hotel of this price there should be definitely a free mini bar and some free stuff in the room. Great sea and city view from the room.

Had a great time. House keeping was super attentive and even left us some notes. Was great. Will stay here again.

Had a very enjoyable stay here over the weekend leading up to Christmas. Lovely room with a fantastic view over the Labour park. Very good breakfast - excellent coffee - and the Paulaner Brauhaus had a superb Christmas party. The Kempinski sets very high standards and did not disappoint.

The staff at the front desk were really kind and English was also comfortable. The room was spacious enough and comfortable, especially with a bidet in the bathroom. However, I stayed on the 10th floor, but it was a little disappointing that the room with a bad view of the building in front was blocked, and I turned on the heating, but the cold wind kept coming out, so I asked for a separate heater, so it was less cold. Hotel facilities such as saunas and restaurants in the hotel have great convenience like a global brand five-star hotel, especially because it is located in the center of the city, so it was very convenient wherever you went. Stayed here for 3 nights. Spacious family room for three with a balcony that opens up in an internal courtyard, and comfy bed with two types of pillows. A good base to explore Shenyang and fairly quiet being lcated off to the quiet side near middle street with plenty of food options and attraction sites nearby. Ample breakfast options in the hotel. Have a small gym and laundry room.

There is a construction downstairs in the house we stayed in, so it was noisy after 6:00 every morning, but since we were already there, we were too lazy to move. Everything else was pretty good. The room was large and well designed, and the black tea on the small tea tray tasted great. The TV in the room was TCL, which was bigger than the TV at home. The only pity was that Xiao Ai was gone. It was said that no new hotels would have Xiao Ai anymore.

Great experience; appreciate the warm hospitality from everyone, from concierge to front office, housekeeping to restaurant and lounge. Also loved the stunning bird’s eye view of Shenyang and the cozy night view in the evening!! Only one slight disappointment: the hotel doesn’t have any international sockets (albeit being an international brand - not sure if that’s the norm in China though). Plus-point was when the call centre staff took the initiative to send their concierge member to buy an adapter for me when I called them and was told that they didn’t have any adapters available in the hotel at that point in time to lend me. Really appreciated the initiative. Though the concierge member brought the wrong type of adapter (China to UK instead UK to China - thought that should be at least commonsensical for someone working in an international brand); and he was slightly unpleasant to deal with when he demanded for payment for the adaptor even though the wrong type was bought. He was also hesitant to escalate the issue to the duty manager at first until I really insisted. Duty manager resolved the issue seamlessly, took the initiative to bring one from their office and sent all the way to my room - again appreciate it. Overall, great environment and professional but warm hospitality. All other concierge members were also extremely helpful! Jacky also took initiative to send me a GPS location of the nearby police post when I needed to settle some documents there.

It was my first time to stay at the Mehao Lizhi Hotel Shenyang Zhongjie North Station Branch. The hotel is close to Shenyang North Railway Station, just a few minutes' walk away. The surrounding transportation is convenient, with the subway and bus stations close at hand, making traveling very convenient. Haiping at the front desk was warm, thoughtful and meticulous. The room was not clean when I arrived early. He helped me store my luggage at the front desk and brought me bottled water and snacks. He introduced me to some special snacks and attractions in Shenyang and reminded me to ask for more. Wear some clothes to feel the warmth of home because I am worried that I will catch a cold. The room is decorated in a retro style with complete facilities, separate dry and wet bathrooms and a rich buffet breakfast. The hotel also provides free afternoon tea and a bowl of noodles late at night, which adds a lot of warmth and convenience to the journey. Will recommend to other friends to stay at Meihao Lizhi Hotel! !

I liked this hotel because it locats in the centre of the city, subway station is a few minutes walk. It is so convenient to get around in the city. The room size is ok, and the carpets are a bit of worn-out. I liked the swimming pool, it made my stay a lot better and no bath in the bathroom was not relevant anymore.

Big room, with washing machine / dryer inside the room. It is conveniently located near 太原街. There is an underground shopping area where clothing shopping and nail parlours are located. One will also be spoilt with food choices within that location. Walking to Shenyang train station is approx. 12 to 15 minutes.

This hotel is a great place with affable and warm staff and housekeepers, who have been very helpful and kind to us during our stay. Special compliments to hotel manager who wears a red suit for her great hospitality.

I stayed at Shangri-La for a couple of nights with my mom. The hotel is nice. The food in the main restaurant is not tasty and overpriced. The service and hospitality of the reception was great. Niki and her other colleague manager were doing a great job. The guy at the reception desk spoke very limited English and seemed to be clueless about the city. For example I asked to help me get a 6 seater to take me and my bicycle to the park by the river, he was trying to convince me there was no place for cycling there even though there is a great cycling trail.

When I changed my shoes when I checked in, I found untreated hair on the floor of the room. The inside of the bathroom sink was not satisfactory. I felt that it was not thoroughly cleaned, but the service staff had a good attitude and helped solve various problems. In addition, the hotel supplies are insufficient, such as drinking paper cups. There are no people waiting for the elevator. Room types that require a certain amount of time to check in are relatively quiet. Overall, they are OK. I don’t know if this is the case in Dandong.

The inn is newly renovated, clean and hygienic, the service is warm, and the location is good. It is close to the broken bridge and has convenient transportation. Good location from the river walkway to the broken bridge. Also a 15 minute taxi ride to the railway station made it very convenient. Best Western style and Chinese breakfast one could ask for as well as ongoing friendly service. The coffee could be better, but cannot compare it to a coffee shop. Spacious warm rooms made it the perfect place to rest and relax after a busy day (during winter). Will definitely be back if I return to Dandong

The hotel is located by the Yalu River. Just across the road from the hotel is the riverside. The room is very clean and comfortable. The parking lot is large and convenient. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic. When I checked out, I left the charger in the room and took the initiative to contact me. Thank you very much, very considerate. I haven’t been to Dandong in almost 20 years. Before coming to Dandong this time, I looked at several hotels online and finally chose Orange Crystal Hotel. The overall check-in experience is very good. The room is consistent with the pictures shown online. I also like the decoration style. The layout of various facilities is exquisite and the hygiene is very clean. I feel safe to check in. The room card can only be used to swipe the floor where you are staying. The stay is comfortable and soundproofed. The effect is very good, the front desk staff are very professional and considerate, I will choose this hotel next time I come to play.
