If you have ever had an interest in freestyle now is your time to kick start your training with 2x Canadian Champion and World Cup Silver Medalist Janie Stel.  Whether you're training for your first calisthenics competition or aiming to achieve your first muscle-up, this workshop will provide you with everything you need to know about the world of freestyle calisthenics. You will take away a new skill set and training strategies that you can incorporate into your workout schedule.
