The Invitational Men's & Women's Category will showcase the most talented athletes in the sport, including past medalists and national level lifters. We have designed the competition into 6 groups based on the Sinclair points system, grouping lifters at their respective levels. This ensures a fair and competitive environment for all participants.
One of the highlights of this event is the incredible atmosphere guaranteed. We have a large spectator area where your team can come and watch you compete. Additionally, we provide each lifter with their own individual 3x3m warm-up area equipped with a bar and plates.
Capture every emotion on the platform with our two in-house photographers and videographers who will create stunning photos and reels.
During the competition, you can stay refreshed at our in-house coffee shop, 'The Grind Coffee House', located in a brilliant urban location. We offer a variety of food and beverages, so you and your squad will never go hungry, thirsty or uncaffeinated.
To reward your hard work and dedication, we have prepared a stash of prizes. Each podium place will receive a personalized EWC medal, as well as a selection of weightlifting supplies and supplements.
Please note that all lifters in all groups will be ranked on the 'Sinclair' points system to ensure a fair competition. Athletes will be contacted via email one week before the meet to provide their estimated opening total and current bodyweight.
There are no refunds available, but athletes have the option to pass on their entries to friends or defer entry to another competition.

This is a two-part event, with the second hour being a social/networking event where you can meet other like-minded creatives to share thoughts and ideas.
