Please bring your own materials, although boards, easels, and clips are available for use. Our model will strike a range of dynamic poses, with durations from 2 to 40 minutes. The approximate format of the class is as follows: - 1-1:45 pm: 10 x 2-minute poses + 5 x 5-minute poses - BREAK - 2-2:45 pm: 3 x 10-minute poses + 1 x 15-minute pose - BREAK - 3-4 pm: 1 x 20-minute pose + 1 x 40-minute pose Please note that slight time alterations may occur.
