Her journey is a testament to the truth that growth isn’t neat, tidy, or comfortable — it’s messy, raw, and wildly worth it. Pam is on a mission to help people stop waiting for the “perfect conditions” and instead embrace the beautiful chaos of becoming. Whether she’s coaching high-level leaders, training new coaches, or standing on stage, Pam brings the fire, the truth, and the tools to help you break new ground — starting from exactly where you are. Behind the Vision: Ceinwen Garcia, Founder Ceinwen Garcia is a powerhouse entrepreneur, visionary leader, and community builder with an unshakable belief in the power of dreaming big—ridiculously big. Now, she's taking that vision to a whole new level with The Boss Network—a next-generation space built for trailblazers ready to break ceilings, spark change, and lead with unapologetic boldness. Named Best Entrepreneur Over 40 in the Best of Kelowna 2025 awards, Ceinwen continues to prove that success has no age limit—only a mindset. Whether it’s through her work as a published writer, Real Estate professional, or founder, Ceinwen’s entrepreneurial spirit is at the core of everything she does. She doesn’t just build businesses—she builds ecosystems where others can grow, thrive, and lead. She believes in creating rooms where no one is left out, platforms where new voices can rise, and communities where wins are celebrated and struggles are supported. For Ceinwen, this isn’t just a brand—it’s a calling. Because every single entrepreneur who shows up, speaks up, and dares to go all in on their dream... They are her WHY. This in-person event will feature Gun Shy and talented musicians from various genres that will be night to remember as we join in community to raise funds for the BC Children's Hospital Foudnation. When a child is seriously ill, parents are often forced to travel hours to Vancouver just to get them the care they need. The Social Work Fund steps in when costs start to pile up, covering things like travel, meals, counselling, and other essentials many families can’t afford on their own. This event is about showing up for those families - our neighbours, friends, coworkers - and making sure no child goes without care because of distance or dollars. Live Music Lineup ● Gun Shy is back - featuring: ~David Pfuetzner & Jordan Hansum (Align West Homes) ~Grant Petkau (Kelbrook Construction) ~Jarrett Boyetchko (Ace Project Marketing Group) More artists to be announced soon! Last year, we raised over $58,000. This year, our goal is $75,000, and your ticket purchase helps us get there. Whether you're from Kelowna, Vernon, Penticton, or anywhere in between, this event is about our community standing up for our families. This is about C ommunity, Connection, Compassion. Cultural Experiences
The Pushor Mitchell LLP West Coast Brain Injury Conference (WCBIC) 2025 will bring together thought leaders, advocates, and professionals from across North America. In line with this year’s theme, “Beyond Injury: Brain Injury as a Human Rights Issue,” we will explore how brain injury intersects with fundamental human rights, including access to healthcare, justice, housing, and social inclusion. Through engaging discussions, we’ll examine the systemic barriers faced by individuals with brain injuries and highlight the role of human system dynamics in creating more equitable outcomes. Together, we’ll explore how cross-sector collaboration and rights-based approaches can reduce harm and improve quality of life for those affected. By attending or sponsoring, you are helping shift the conversation — recognizing that brain injury is not just a health issue, it is a human rights issue. Your participation supports our mission to expose and address the systemic neglect faced by individuals with brain injuries, especially those impacted by poverty, incarceration, homelessness, and violence. Together, we can build a stronger, more equitable community where every person has the right to safety, healthcare, housing, dignity, and justice. Information Source: BrainTrust Canada | eventbrite
