Nomadic Flow & Belleville Health and Sports Center are bringing you Sunset Yoga on the Square in downtown Belleville, IL on September 26 for completely FREE! (Donations are accepted). This will be an outdoor class at 23 Public Square, across from the fountain. (NE Corner near where Santa's House is typically located). While we hope to catch a sunset behind the fountain and times are planned accordingly we can only guarantee a great yoga class not sunset. We'll plan a few sun salutations to be on the safe side though. The class is open to all levels of yogis or even those who have never taken a class before! It will be a gentle vinyasa/stretch style yoga class. All ages are welcomed too! A small number of yoga mats will be avaiable to use so please bring your own. The only thing else you will need is your water and maybe sunglasses. Space is being provided by Mathis, Marifian & Richter Ltd, look for their sign on the building to find us!
