Join fellow Do'ers for an morning of connection and golf at Oak Greek Golf Course as we enhance and improve our golf skills under the guidance of the golf professionals. We'll practice our full swings at th driving range and our short game on the putting green. Golf Clubs will be provided for those who do not own them. SILENT CIRCUIT FIT IS BACK!!! This time we partnered w/ 7PM Fitness Gym for an indoor experience. FOR THE NEWBIES: Imagine 3 of the DMV's top trainers paired w/ a DJ or fire playlist, you, and your friends. The training will run in short circuits so that you can get a full body workout in about an hour. Each station which will focus on different body parts and training styles. We provide routines for low, mid, and high intensity so there's something for everyone. Oh and the music will be going the entire time so partying and dancing is encouraged!
