Women's Circles for Midlife Women | Vitality Wellness
May 5, 2025 (UTC-2)ENDED
St. Johns
A women’s circle for midlife is a warm, welcoming space where women in their 40s, 50s, or 60s come together to connect, reflect, and grow through this powerful life chapter. It’s a pause in the rush of daily life—a moment to breathe, be seen, and share your truth in the company of others who truly understand.
Midlife is a time of transformation—of shedding old roles, redefining identity, and reclaiming your voice. In the circle, we honor this journey with guided reflections, meaningful conversations, and simple rituals that support self-discovery and renewal.
Whether you’re navigating change, craving deeper connection, or simply feeling called to something more, this circle offers a sacred space to listen inward, speak freely, and remember your power.
In this space, we honor each woman's voice, wisdom, and experience- because when women gather, healing happens.
Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, inspired, and not alone.

Venue Infomation
Parking:
We are located in the heart of Downtown St. John’s at 81 Cochrane Street, and there is no dedicated parking lot. On-street parking is available year round on Military Road and Bannerman Road, and seasonal on-street parking between April and November throughout the neighbourhood. For blue-zone pass holders, there is one accessible parking space on the ramp that leads up to the front doors.
Accessibility:
We aim to be an inclusive and accessible venue in downtown St. John’s and have recently made significant upgrades towards AAA Accessibility, although there are still features that may be challenging to navigate. We recently upgraded the ramp to our main doors for ease of access, but they do not have push buttons. Staff are always available to assist with the door during events; guests can knock on arrival or are welcome to contact us ahead of time to let us know about accommodations needed to help you enjoy your visit! The floor seating is all one level with a gentle downward slope leading to the front of the space, and there is one row with extra leg room that we designate as "accessible seating" because it has more room for placement of mobility aids. Please note that the balcony seating area is only accessible via staircase. There is a ramp to the washroom area, although there is a small lip at the base of the ramp and on a door leading to the washroom. All doors to access the washroom are button operated to enter and lock the door. If you have any other questions or concerns about accessibility, or would like to request specific accommodations, please contact lauren@firstlightnl.ca and we'll do what we can.
