Father's Day Steak Dinner | Whistle Pig Brewing Company
Jun 15, 2025 (UTC-6)ENDED
Colorado Springs
Father's Day 2025 is almost here. This is a day for Dads of all kinds and at Whistle Pig, in honor of Dad's Day, our resident "Dad", (owner) Rob Beers, and his son Aaron, will once again be serving up amazing steaks. They will be grilling Ribeye steaks, with a hint of Whistle Pig's famous smoke, and all the fixings with a choice of a Whistle Pig brew for just $30.
This is a tradition at Whistle Pig to do this for dads and their families in our neighborhood community. For $30 you’ll get a ribeye steak cooked Whistle Pig Style - seared, properly smoked, tender, and like butta! A salad, seasoned fingerling potatoes, and a Hawaiian roll.
This will be a reservation-required event, so please sign up to reserve your time. We will create a tab for the whole meal when you arrive and order. We may be able to accommodate same-day, walk-in seating, but this is not guaranteed, especially for parties larger than 2.
We cook steaks to a specific temp and because it is smoked, rare or medium may not look like rare or medium but it will be a delicious steak and easy to enjoy. Along these same lines, smoked meet tends to take on a pinker look, so medium well, and well done steaks may present pinker in color than is typical for the temp. And because dads are not the only ones who impose rules and regulations, we've gotta let you know that consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
If steak isn't your thing, we will be serving Whistle Pig Famous smoked pulled pork sliders with a pickle and chips for $10. All the meat, none of the mess; bring the whole family!
If plant-based or gluten-free is your diet, let us know, and we will do what we can to serve you something good. Keep in mind we are a brewery and the chance for gluten cross-contamination comes with the territory. So if you are super gluten-averse, allergic, or worse, for your safety, we encourage you to bring your own food.
We also have soft drinks, mock-tails/zero-proof, and NA Beers along with regular wine, cider, some super fun seasonal cocktails, and of course Whistle Pig Beers. Oh and did we tell you, we have a frozen drink dispenser and will feature something fun!
With our 2 outdoor patios, there is plenty of space for friends and family! So make your reservation now!
