Piri Reis are a five-piece screamo/emoviolence band from Shah Alam, Malaysia that formed in 2014. After years of honing their craft through a number of splits, they finally released their debut full-length "Ritma" earlier this year. It's a co-release between some fantastic labels, namely Zegema Beach Records, React With Protest, Moment Of Collapse, and Framecode Records. It's 10 tracks consist of dark, twisting riffs, chaotic rhythms, explosive drums, and some incredible shrieked vocals. They break up the bursts with quieter, more dynamic moments that display a vulnerable agony.

The Limestone Century Tour Bicycle (LCBT) is an annual non-competitive cycling one-day ride that distance, not time, is the objective. There are three distances choices - 100 mi, 100 km, or 50 km. The event is fully supported, with rest stops and a SAG (support and gear) vehicle. A "classic century" tour is not a race, but rather an opportunity for riders to "ride the distance!" Proceeds from this event will go to Cycle Kingston, a registered charity that promotes cycling and cycling safety.

Are you one of those people who always has to beg favours from a friend or relative when a button falls off your shirt, the hem of your trousers comes unravelled or holes appear in your jumpers? If you are – or know someone like this – help is at hand!
In our fun and informal workshop, led by professional milliner and seamstress Bee Smith, we’ll teach you how to sew various types of buttons onto clothes, fix torn hems and tears in cotton, hem skirts and trousers using both stitching and Bonda web and also darn holes in jumpers and socks.
If you’ve any clothes lying around that need some TLC, why not bring them along and let us help you to mend them during the class?

During the class, we'll teach you how to tie square knots and also make a sliding clasp, techniques you'll be able to use again in other macrame projects.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, as no prior experience of macrame is required.
You'll be given enough materials to make 3 different bracelets in a range of colours, together with comprehensive instructions, so that you can carry on crafting at home with your new found skills!
