Frog in Hand's Art Shelter: A Monthly Jam Session with Bri Clarke | 887 Hydro Rd

Let's Jam in The Art Shelter! Movers, musicians, singers, actors, designers, and creatives of all kinds (and levels) are welcome to this open-ended improvisational jam session, facilitated by Bri Clarke! Let's gather in real-time and share ideas! WHEN The first Sunday evening of every month! AGENDA 4:30PM Doors open 5:00 PM Jam begins 7:00 PM Jam ends Following the jam, stick around for a potluck and some social time! 8:00 PM The space closes WHERE The Art Shelter, 887 Hydro Road, Mississauga Go to Rangeview Road and Hydro Rd and look for the dome in the distance. There is parking by the dome. WHAT TO BRING Comfortable clothing (layers encouraged during colder months)WaterNotebook and pen/pencilOptional indoor shoes for dance floorYour potluck snack (if not registering with PWYC) Finger foods/snacks are great but we have limited cutlery and no way to heat things up (so carrot sticks or cookies are great, soup would be a challenge!)We are battery powered in the dome, so this is an unplugged jam session - we will not have amps or mics. She identifies as a pansexual, cis-gendered female. Her creative practice centres around using improvisational techniques to arrive at some version of a product. She aims to bring a sense of play to the arts community. She enjoys hosting “(Art)versations Podcast” wherein other artists can speak about their creative endeavours. Bri has facilitated multiple improv jam sessions throughout Ontario and is thrilled to be joining forces with Frog in Hand for this jam!
