The event is a part of the Re-Telling and Reimagining the Histories and Cultural Heritage of Racially Minoritized Communities in the South West project, supported by National Heritage Lottery Funding. The consultation will delve into the concept of decolonization, diversity, and inclusion within the heritage and cultural sector. Fairfield House Bath CIC, a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, will partner in organizing this event to protect and preserve cultural legacies. This event is tailored for Black and minoritized-led cultural heritage organizations and individuals working in the arts and culture sector. The program includes a focus group discussion about the UnMuseum project, with welcoming remarks by Louisa Adjoa Parker and Louise Boston-Mammah from the BSWN UnMuseum Team Programming and Engagement team.
