The venue for this event is the 1st Whitton Scouts, Kerswell Hall, located at Wills Crescent, Hounslow nr Twickenham, TW3 2JF. When you arrive, keep an eye out for the signage that will guide you to the Scout HQ, conveniently situated next door to numbers 123 & 125.
Parking is available for cars at the 1st Whitton Scouts, just about a mile west from the Twickenham Rugby Stadium. To ensure you have enough time to walk to the stadium, the grounds will open two hours before the event and will remain closed for 1.5 hours after the event concludes. Rest assured, the car park will be attended until the match starts and there are toilet facilities available for your convenience. Additionally, hot drinks and refreshments will be offered for your enjoyment. To facilitate your journey, a pre-match minibus service may be available.
For those who prefer to secure their parking space in advance, reservations can be made online. However, some spaces may also be available on the day of the event. On-site parking prices are £25 for cars and £40 for minibusses, payable at the gate. It's important to note that gates close 15 minutes before kick-off and reopen once the game has finished.
