Smart City Cycling 2: Maneuvering is a bike-handling class that focuses on equipping participants with the necessary skills to safely navigate city traffic. This on-bike course is the second installment in the Smart City Cycling series, following Smart City Cycling 1: Classroom or Intro to Biking in SF. Please note that completion of the prerequisite course is mandatory to enroll in this class. To register for Smart City Cycling 1, visit sfbike.org/edu. During this training, participants will learn crucial techniques such as riding with one hand for signaling, scanning over their shoulder while maintaining a straight line, and crash-avoidance maneuvers.
