The immersive contemporary art exhibition "The World of Perception: Romeo AI Juliet" will open at the Lei Shing Hong Culture and Art Center on July 8, 2023. The exhibition brings together more than 50 artists from the fields of architecture, exhibition, installation, video, sculpture, painting, literature, music, film, performance, etc., and cross-border collaboration with experts in mathematics, philosophy, and science. In a 2,000-square-meter venue, under the same storyline, nine venues have been designed that integrate installation, digital and media art, intelligent interaction, AI emotional algorithms, computer programming light shows, and super-futuristic sound effects, which will bring the audience an immersive dream experience beyond the senses. According to the exhibition's chief curator Ye Xiang, "This exhibition takes the immersive contemporary art exhibition to a new dimension and brings a brand new way of playing - screenwriters write script outlines, stage design creates movie-like dramatic scenes, and twelve groups of art works are integrated into these nine scenes, making the audience feel as if they have fallen into nine dreams composed of movie shots, or have experienced a dramatic journey." The immersive contemporary art exhibition "Perceptual World Romeo AI Juliet" integrates twelve groups of art works into these nine different narrative scenes. All these scenes use Shakespeare's masterpiece "Romeo and Juliet" as the narrative text to reconstruct a story of love between people and AI in the future world. The private bedroom of Juliet, the trendy future ballroom, the cloister of the monastery in the 14th century, the stage of Shakespeare's drama in the 16th century, the dreamy AI garden, the romantic swing matrix... Every scene is shocking. Let the participants get a completely immersive experience, so that the audience can focus and be in the world they are in. Each group of works placed in it is integrated with the scene and music to construct a different dream for the audience, making people indulge in it and unwilling to leave. The dramatic atmosphere of the movie created by cool lighting, the technologically-charged art installations, and the story lines from another dimension, every detail becomes a sensory hook for the audience, leading people to escape from reality and experience a world they have never experienced before.

"Colorful World - Immersive Experience of Grotto Art" is officially open to the public on the third-floor platform and corridor on the north side of the National Museum of China. The exhibition space for this immersive experience is about 1,500 square meters. The giant digital installation is designed with a blooming lotus as the main body. The artists combine digital painting, digital 3D Mapping images and AI algorithm technology to express, explore and interpret the artistic style and rich connotations of Kizil Grottoes, Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes, Maijishan Grottoes, Yungang Grottoes and Longmen Grottoes with contemporary vision and unique perspectives. The "Rhombus World", "Eternal Pearl", "Oriental Smile", "Ten Directions of the Same Origin" and "Strange and Wonderful Realm" form the "Art Space-Time Experience Area", and there are also "Teaching Interactive Experience Area" and "Derivative Artwork Area", which together form a panoramic immersive experience environment, and the grotto art is given a new interpretation. The giant digital installation and the fully sensory interactive exhibition are a highlight of this experience, which opens up a new perspective for the analysis and appreciation of cave art, and also subverts the basic mode of traditional immovable cultural relics display in terms of technology and perception. Many cave art scenes have been refined and catalyzed by contemporary aesthetic concepts, some solemn and sacred, some magnificent and graceful, and gathered together across time and space. These imaginative digital art re-creations convey the aesthetic pursuit, value concept and cultural spirit carried by ancient Chinese cave art, allowing cultural heritage to continue with new artistic language based on the original creation, and radiate new vitality in the changes of the times. Grotto temples are an important part of my country's ancient cultural heritage and a shining pearl in the long history of Chinese civilization. They have unique historical, artistic and scientific values: "Cultural relics and cultural heritage carry the genes and blood of the Chinese nation and are non-renewable and irreplaceable resources of China's excellent civilization. We must bring more cultural relics and cultural heritage to life and create a strong social atmosphere for inheriting Chinese civilization."
