Masami Kawaguchi is one of the finest psych rock guitarists to emerge from Japan this century. As well as being a solo performer and playing in bands with members of Les Rallizes Denudes and Acid Mothers Temple, Masami has established his own band, New Rock Syndicate. This is a vehicle for Masami's original songs and those penned by members of the band. New Rock Syndicate has released 8 albums via European, US, Australian, New Zealand and Japanese labels. 'Blind Haze' represents an Australian iteration of New Rock Syndicate with Rocket Science's Dave Gray and Fraudband's Don Drum. This lineup toured Australia in 2018 and again nationally in 2019.
