Participants are advised to come prepared with work clothes such as a light long-sleeve shirt, long pants (no shorts), boots, gloves, eye protection, a jacket for unpredictable weather, and a hard hat or bike helmet (mandatory). Water and snacks will be available, and tools will be provided. However, if participants have their own folding saw, loppers, rake, shovel, or hoe, they are welcome to bring them.
Please note that in order to access the Rocky Point property, all attendees must be a NWTA member in good standing and have signed the Rocky Point Waiver. Becoming a member of NWTA enables individuals to join a community of over 5,000 mountain bikers who are actively stewarding trails in NW Oregon and SW Washington.

Introducing the Get Up & Go Improv Classes in Portland, Maine! This dynamic, fun, and innovative improv class is suitable for all levels of experience. Led by the talented teacher Adam Groppman, a Boston native and Portland resident, this class offers an opportunity for students to become proficient improvisers and explore the magic of writing, acting, and creating in the moment.
Throughout the 6-week course, participants will engage in lively warm-up games and scene variations, exploring various tools of improv such as emotional connection, character development, physicality, and more.
