Memory and Remembering Have you ever got up to retrieve something, only to forget what it was you were retrieving when you arrive at your destination? We all have lapses in memory, especially as we age. There is so much to be learned about memory as it relates to the brain. During this session we will explore the spiritual dimensions of memory and remembering. Learn some practical tips and consider perhaps there are just some things we should forget.
