In order to promote the development of Tianmu business district in the city, the "Tianmu Halloween Carnival" combines exotic Halloween festival activities to highlight the characteristics of the business district. In October every year, it invites Tianmu business district stores and surrounding department stores to hold a series of activities such as a costume parade, trick-or-treating joint marketing activities, special store markets and cartoon character performances to create the highlight of Tianmu Halloween. It is the most representative annual event in Tianmu business district and brings a huge crowd of visitors and business opportunities.

He is known for his colorful and multi-sensory artistic expressions, and is therefore known as the "Rainbow Artist". This exhibition will display nearly 50 original acrylic works and prints completed by Ay-O in different periods since the late 1950s.
