The Lift-Off at Home Gym Con is a sanctioned USA Weightlifting meet produced by Meet Week Co. Registration will end two weeks prior to the event or when registration sells out. A start list will be sent the evening that registration ends. EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT WILL BE AVAILABLE UNTIL 10/31/24. Competition will consist of Youth, Open, and Elite division sessions.
