Experience the thrill of freediving with our Beginners session at the Freediving Introduction Class - Kensington Session. This class is open to all, whether you're a First Timer or a returning Newbie. It's the perfect opportunity to learn about the exciting world of freediving. For those who are new to freediving, the Beginners class offers a comprehensive introduction, giving you a taste of what this underwater sport is all about. If you've never attended one of our sessions before, please book a 1st Time Introduction ticket. If you've been to the Introduction class before, book a Returning Newbie ticket. Before attending the session, we require you to complete two forms: the Come & Try Medical Statement and the NoTanx Liability Release & Assumption of Risk. These forms ensure your safety during the session. To participate in the session, you should be able to confidently swim two lengths of a pool on the surface. If you're not a confident swimmer, don't worry! We also offer 121 sessions for those who need extra support. Feel free to contact us for more information. The session starts at 7:00pm for 1st time attendees and 7:15pm for Returning Newbies. It begins with a dry session, followed by the pool session from 8:00pm to 9:00pm.
