We think the best relationships are forged when we are comfortable, relaxed and free of pressure. Preferring instead to think of the evening as a casual night out where one can truly be themselves. We do not use traditional 'speed dating' offerings such as bells, whistles and name-tags. Instead we focus on creating an atmosphere conducive to meeting others; a great venue, a personable host and a staff to assist.
Upon registration, you'll be sent an email inviting you to login to your mobile ‘Smart-Card’. As the event begins, log-in to your scorecard and let the flirting begin. You'll be able to choose whom you wish to meet again, to what degree you like them and have until midnight to submit your final selections for matching. Don't fret about figuring out if the person is the one or the perfect person for you. Consider it the date before the date. If you choose someone and they chose you - it's a match. You will be given each others first name and email address. The rest is up to you.

Often referred to as “The Northwest King of Soul,” Andy’s pure classic vocals have captivated audiences across the globe.
Andy’s ground-breaking hit single ‘Best Day Ever’ blazed up the 2018 music charts and was named one of the year’s top songs by both Billboard and the Independent Soul Charts. Quickly on it’s way to becoming a classic, ‘Best Day Ever’ consistently claims a spot in the top 10 wedding songs on streaming services, and is still in heavy rotation on playlists across the world. An examination of the iconic 90s indie band, “Pavements” appears to be just another music documentary, until it doesn't. A prismatic, narrative, scripted, documentary, musical, metatextual hybrid, the film intimately shows the band preparing for their sold-out 2022 reunion tour while simultaneously tracking the preparations for a musical based on their songs, a museum devoted to their history and a big-budget Hollywood biopic inspired by their saga as the most important band of a generation.

CLASSES & BENEFITS
Avesta Housing's hoMEworks homebuyer education classes provide an opportunity to learn about the home buying process in a neutral environment. Buyers who have taken home buying classes are more confident when asking questions and making decisions about homeownership and loan products. Education gives buyers the tools they need to avoid predatory lending and possible foreclosure.
If you are thinking of buying a home, plan to attend a hoMEworks class in person at one of several convenient locations statewide, or complete your homebuyer education on line. We believe face-to-face homebuyer education is the best opportunity for an interactive learning experience and attending a local class should always be your first choice.
HOMEBUYER EDUCATION - LOCAL, LIVE CLASSES
Avesta Housing's hoMEworks offers an 8-hour homebuyer education class taught in person by a HUD-certified Housing Counselor with industry professionals (lenders, home inspectors, real estate agents) in an educational, non-sales oriented environment statewide.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Please pay online during class registration or pay the day of class with a check/money order paid in the order of Avesta Housing. No cash, please.
