Met inzichten die ons kunnen helpen bij het leven vandaag. Welke daden van kleine goedheid kunnen hoop en inspiratie bieden? We leven in chaotische en ingewikkelde tijden. Soms kunnen we de moed verliezen en ons hulpeloos voelen, zeker wanneer we geconfronteerd worden met lijden, verdriet en onoplosbare conflicten. Of dit nu dicht bij huis is of juist verder weg. Naast deze kwetsbaarheid is er nog een andere, soms vergeten kant van het leven. Kleine daden van menselijke goedheid die we ooit hebben ervaren. Die kunnen in onze herinnering weer naar boven komen, het zijn momenten van hoop die klein en groots tegelijk kunnen zijn. Door het verhaal van Levinas kunnen we daar weer oog voor krijgen. Pauline Seebregts is professioneel verhalenvertelster, trainer en coach. In 2017 werd zij door een vakjury uitgeroepen tot Vertelambassadeur van het Jaar. Als vertelster heeft zij een warme, expressieve manier van vertellen. Tijdens deze voorstelling wordt ze muzikaal begeleid door harpiste en zangeres Jopie Jonkers. Johannes Vermeer e l'Italia - Il Dossier Perduto Che la figura di Johannes Vermeer, uno dei massimi pittori olandesi del diciassettesimo secolo, resti al giorno d'oggi ancora un enigma è cosa nota. Della sua vita si sa poco, ancora meno siamo a conoscenza delle sue intenzioni, delle sue fonti di ispirazione, di cosa realmente si celi dietro alla sua eccelsa maestria pittorica. Soltanto le sue opere, assieme ad una serie di documenti, ci parlano per lui. Andrea Maddalena, architetto, ricercatore indipendente e storico dell'arte, impegnato nella realizzazione di un libro sulla Sfinge di Delft e del suo rapporto con lo stile pittorico di un altro artista olandese di chiara fama, nel corso delle sue ricerche ha individuato tracce sparse di un filo nascosto che, da più direzioni, sembra porre Vermeer in diretto collegamento con l'Italia. Questa presentazione si prefigge dunque il non semplice obiettivo di fare il punto della situazione sugli argomenti disponibili rivolti alla dimostrazione di una relazione diretta tra Johannes Vermeer ed il nostro paese. L'evento, in lingua italiana, oltre a costituire un sincero omaggio nei confronti dell'arte del sublime maestro di Delft e della sua terra di appartenenza, è l'occasione per porre l'accento sull'ennesimo evidente elemento di complessa, affascinante interrelazione tra l'arte italiana e quella dei Paesi Bassi, e mira ad esaltare ancora una volta la solidità del legame artistico-culturale tra i due paesi. In de ouderwetse wc midden in het weiland woont een familie wc-motten. Een wc-mot is een vlindertje niet veel groter dan een vlieg. Vandaag vliegt de zoon van de wc mot voor het eerst uit. De wijde wei in. Zijn vader leert hem alles: “Jij bent een wc mot, een vreselijk vervelend vlindertje. Jij mot sarren en plagen, maar ook pesten en vervelend zijn. Dag jongen…..Oh, en lieverd vergeet niet om dwars te zitten!” Eén keer per jaar komen de kinderen van alle scholen uit het dorp langs bij de boerderij om te Gluren bij de Boer. De boer heeft alles in orde gemaakt. De kinderen kunnen komen. Maar dan gaat de boer nog even naar zijn wc. “Nee hè, daar zit er weer één: zo’n vreselijk vervelend vlindertje!” Het vreselijk vervelende vlindertje is een hilarische vertelvoorstelling, vol dieren met herkenbare emoties.
