Soul Flight Denver | Upper Larimer
May 3, 2025 (UTC-6)ENDED
Denver
Join us for a 3 hour Shamanic Immersion into the power of journeying with Ceremonial Cacao, Restorative Breath and Sacred Sounds.
Soul Flight is a transformational sound journey.
Multi instrumentalist Tim Morrison Live Loops Sacred sounds with an array of instruments and his voice to take you on a deep Shamanic sound journey. Lie back, relax and let the sounds take you on a deep journey inward.
The journey begins with a Cacao ceremony to open the door of our heart, allowing us to step through, discovering all of its mysteries, ready to embrace the space of openness and pure love. It gives us the opportunity to focus on intention, reverence and greater purpose.
It is followed by a gentle restorative breathwork that focuses on deepening relaxation, before we enter into a deep sound Immersion.
You can expect to hear multiple layers of Sacred instruments played with intention to create a meditative space that evokes deep transformation, personal healing and so much more.
As the sounds move their way through our nervous system we receive emotional clearing, changes in our mind, a deep inward focus, journeys where we can receive guidance, insight healing, transformation and so much more. Sound has the potential to dissolve and transmute any negative or heavy energies as the frequencies of the Sacred sound brings us up into a higher vibrational state and in doing so all that does not match this frequency, will naturally fall away.
Combining ceremonial Cacao, Breath and Sacred sounds gives us a truly powerful and unique combination.
A gentle heart expanding ceremony guided by the power of sound and Cacao. Sacred sounds guide you to release, realign and anchor into who you are.
Join the experience to discover that there is far more to consciousness than what resides in the physical body.
Are you ready to reconnect to feel the depth of who you are?
To truly feel your soul pulsating inside of you?
Together we sit in ceremony, we connect and we journey into our heart space. Surrendering gently into the process and enabling the sacred sounds to wash through us transmuting all that no longer serves.
The great gift of combining Ceremonial Cacao and Sacred sounds is that they are both high vibrational energy tools.
They both enable you to release, realign and rejuvenate with ease and grace. They both gently carry away what no longer serves from a deep internal journey.
As we drop deeper into ourselves the sounds relax us deeper and deeper, with no need for the body to activate a cathartic release but rather a deeply meditative, nurturing and nourishing journey.
The power of sound has been known for aeons but science is only just beginning to showcase it. It is one that you just receive first hand for yourself and the experience speaks for itself. It has the potential to move and positively impact our entire being.
Suitable for all levels and backgrounds. You will be provided with a deeply transformative and supported space and tools to take home with you to use day to day.

SPIRITUS Denver | Upper Larimer
May 4, 2025 (UTC-6)ENDED
Denver
Join us for SPIRITUS
A deep journey inwards working with the power of our Breath to access altered states of consciousness.
This provides healing and integration of our nervous system, physical and emotional bodies and creates the space to remember who we truly are as whole beings.
As we breathe in a connected way, we come into our own rhythm, we access our bodies own innate healing power.
Our body remembers what our mind forgets.
Our body holds on to past memories, emotions and trauma. When we breathe deep and connected we give ourselves permission to release these suppressed energies from our body, we are able to let go and dissolve all that is no longer ours to hold any more.
And when we do so, we create spaciousness and freedom from within.
This is a personal healing journey.
Spiritus is a system where we use breath, sound and movement to release stuck, heavy energies from the body to create freedom and liberation within.
During the breathwork you will receive energetic healing and body work to allow the body to shift and move so that you may find harmony within.

Our problems are global and interconnected, and our solutions must be too. The stories featured in this new anthology amplify ancestral and community wisdom to help us all imagine a different way of doing things. With over 70 contributors, this toolbox of collective wisdom and know-how shows us that another world is not only possible, it’s already under construction.
Co-editor Nathan Schneider, a professor of media studies at CU Boulder, will introduce the book. He'll be joined by leaders in the Colorado solidarity economy, who will talk about their work and how you can get involved in building a more just and sustainable economy: Sandra Baca of the Rocky Mountain Farmers Union and Fatuma Emmad of Frontline Farming.
Goodies from Frontline Farming will be available for sale.
ABOUT THE BOOK
Our problems are global and interconnected, and our solutions must be too. With over seventy contributors, this toolbox spotlights the collective wisdom that reminds us that another world is not only possible, it’s already under construction. Everything we need to transform our communities already exists. From food sovereignty to debt abolition, from folk schools to energy democracy—and from Argentina to Zimbabwe. If you long for a more beautiful, more just, and more livable world—and want to know how to get there—this book is for you.
“Capitalism can’t get us out of this crisis. If you’re wondering what can, take a look at Beautiful Solutions.”—Naomi Klein, author of Doppelganger: A Trip into the Mirror World
“Shows us that we are not starting from scratch, and we are not alone in imagining an economy that allows us to love each other!”—Adrienne Maree Brown, author of Emergent Strategy: Shaping Change, Changing Worlds
“A loving and thoughtful gathering of our stories…a celebration of our collective genius…takes on the revolutionary question of how we create worlds where we all thrive.”—Makani Themba, author and movement strategist.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Nathan Schneider
is an assistant professor of media studies at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he leads the Media Economies Design Lab.
Fatuma Emmad (She/Her):
Rooted in the soil and guided by the wisdom of land and community, Fatuma Emmad is a farmer, seed keeper, and advocate for food sovereignty. As the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Frontline Farming, she stewards land with a deep respect for ancestral knowledge, cultivating foodways that nourish both body and spirit. Raised between Denver and Ethiopia, Fatuma’s journey has always been intertwined with the cycles of land, birth, and care. Before farming, she worked as a political scientist, researching the impacts of genetically modified seeds in Africa. Now, she sees her role as both a cultivator of soil and a protector of traditions that sustain life.
Her commitment to justice extends beyond the field—she leads Project Protect Food Systems, fighting for the dignity of farmworkers, and serves as Co-Chair of the Denver African American Commission and on the Sustainable Food Council. Through her work, she uplifts the interconnected struggles of land, labor, and healing, recognizing that birth, food, and sovereignty are woven together in the fabric of liberation. Her contributions to the community and her leadership in advocating for health equity in food access have earned her numerous accolades, including the inaugural Kathy Underhill Scholarship. In 2021, Fatuma was honored as one of the 50 leaders nationwide by the Black Voices for Black Justice fund, which acknowledges significant Black leaders and organizations working toward a just, equitable, and anti-racist America.

About Griffin House
Griffin House is an American singer-songwriter and storyteller. Touring and making records for over 20 years, House has a discography that includes over 13 albums. His debut record “Lost and Found” (2004) was featured on CBS Sunday Morning by music critic and then VP MTV/VH1, Bill Flanagan, who named House one of the best emerging singer-songwriters of our time.
After forging a loyal fan base through years of grassroots touring as an opener for acts such as John Mellencamp and the Cranberries, House broke through as a national headliner in 2009 with an appearance on Late Night with Craig Ferguson and the release of his underground hit “The Guy That Says Goodbye to You is Out of His Mind.”
The music documentary “Rising Star,” released on Amazon Prime in 2019, chronicles House’s journey through the music business, as he attempts to balance the challenges of life as a traveling modern-day troubadour with marriage, fatherhood and sobriety.
House’s music has been featured on prime time television shows such One Tree Hill, Rescue Me, Party of Five, and Everwood, and reviewed in magazines such as Paste, No Depression and Rolling Stone. American Songwriter writes “if you want to be blown away by raw talent, look no further than Griffin House.”
His latest release “The Tides” is a five song EP recorded with Grammy Award-winning producer Jacquire King and is set for release on Aug 29, 2023.
