This is a great place to start on your journey into burlesque, sensual movement, and self confidence! All bodies and abilities are welcome and there will be modifications offered. The first half of class will focus on learning a bit of where burlesque comes from and what it all means and then we will learn some of the showgirl basics: posing, walks, shimmies, bumps, and grinds! The second half of class will be for learning a burlesque combo that incorporates some of the things we've been learning and then we will cheer each other on with a little performance at the end.
