OrchLab OrchLab is a music project founded on collaboration and inclusivity. Run by the London Philharmonic Orchestra, in partnership with Drake Music, experts in music, technology and disability, OrchLab offers music-making opportunities for disabled adults, through workshops, specially-created accessible instruments and bespoke web activities. Reaching the Royal Festival Hall The Royal Festival Hall is on the Southbank on the River Thames, near Waterloo Station and Embankment station (across the river). If you are coming as a group in a minibus, there is limited parking available for this, which must be booked in advance. Please indicate on your ticket how you will be travelling to OrchLab Festival Day so we can make sure there is enough space for everyone. Financial support This event is free to attend. However, we understand that organisations may find staff or travel costs a barrier to attending. Your organisation can apply for financial support towards staff or travel costs you would incur to attend OrchLab Festival Day. For this event, you can request to claim up to £104 per staff member to a maximum of two members of staff(i.e. maximum staff financial support available is £208). You can also request to claim back travel costs for your group for coming to / from the event (receipts required).
