QQoM invite women cyclists of all standards to participate in these friendly coached sessions. Our team of British Cycling trained coaches will help you progress from wherever you are with your bike handling and cycling skills right now. Sessions cater for all abilities - we will run two groups each week. Group A is for beginner and intermediate cyclists and Group B is for more advanced cyclists. Group A sessions are coached from 6:30-7:30pm. Everyone is very welcome to stay and have free time practising skills or rodong to improve their fitness until 8.30pm. Group B sessions will be coached from 6:30-8:30pm to allow additional time for fitness development work within the sessions. Group A sessions will be planned to enable participants to improve a range of skills, whether that means learning to ride your bike, using your gears confidently, learning to drink while riding, improving your bike handling skills for road cycling, riding one handed to indicate, or learning to ride in a group. The Group A sessions will focus on the skills outlined in the image attached so you can see what to expect each week. Group B sessions will be flexible based on discussion with participants to accommodate their current needs. Book for individual sessions for £5 each, or book 5 for the discounted rate of £20! Under 18s are free - riders aged 12-15 need to be accompanied by an adult (the adult can be a participant in the session or a spectator.)
