Stage 1 Cycles Bikeability Instructors will deliver a series of lessons throughout the day. You are able to book onto just one or all three but please book separate tickets for each person. The Cycle Track, just next to the Harraby Sports Centre, is the venue and you can park for free just outside the track or at the Sports Centre. There are facilities available at the Sports Centre and also Harraby Community Centre Cafe for refreshments, if needed. This is aimed at children and adults who are able to ride a bike and would like to get out on the road. This course starts on the off-road cycle track to practice the road skills you will need before progressing onto a group led ride on the neighbouring quiet roads. This is an ideal chance to build confidence and develop road skills. The experienced instructors will adapt the lesson depending on the cyclists attending. The group will be small, only up to eight, and will be led on safe, off-road purpose built cycle track.
