OFFSITE | Making Space To Lead | Kelowna Yacht Club
Jun 24, 2025 (UTC-7)ENDED
Kelowna
In the ever-evolving, fast-paced world of startups, founders and senior leaders are often consumed by urgent, endless decisions, back-to-back conversations, and mounting to-do lists. What rarely gets prioritized is space for reflection and peer connection. OFFSITE is your opportunity to step away, press pause, and re-center on what matters most for you and your business.
This tailored half-day session is designed specifically for growth-stage founders, CEOs, and executives who are ready to dig deep into their own leadership development. Led by Ian Chisholm and Yolanda Moran, the renowned Roy Group coaches have decades of experience guiding senior leaders. This session draws on powerful, field-tested leadership practices that are immediately applicable in high-growth environments. These are not abstract theories, they are tools and perspectives that help you slow your thinking without slowing your momentum.
You’ll also hear from Dr. Ray Muzyka, the co-founder of BioWare, in an intimate fireside conversation about navigating leadership and sustaining purpose across multiple careers. Ray has leveraged the Roy Group tools throughout his entrepreneurial journey and encourages leaders to make space for reflection.
What You’ll Walk Away With
A set of practical, proven tools to lead with clarity and intention
Dedicated space to reflect on who you are as a leader—not just the next ‘to do’
Language and frameworks to help your team grow alongside you
Honest peer conversations with leaders facing similar challenges
If you would like to participate in this session but the cost is a barrier to you, please reach out to AO's Member and Events Coordinator, Kelsey Messervey at kelsey@accelerateokanagan.com.
