Lee (the Lee in Lee Likes Bikes) is the world’s most renowned mountain bike skills author, video star and instructor. He’s written 11 books and thousands of articles, and he’s featured in many videos and podcasts. He has trained more than 9,000 riders of all styles and levels, from first timers to pros. He is a master of the mechanical aspects of riding. Even more importantly, he has the power to help you realize your highest potential — both on and off the bike. Students say time with Lee is a combination of P.E., therapy and church! 5-Star Google ReviewsMark Richards:Lee is an incredible mtb coach and instructor. He is a fantastic teacher of all the mechanics, form and line choices that will make you safer and faster. However the best part is his approach to the inner game of riding - he is a master at the art of helping you safely overcome fear to quiet your mind and experience new levels of flow and joy on the bike. John Carr: Lee and his teaching methods are the only resources I will recommend to friends (new or experienced riders). I've followed Lee's writing for a long time, have worked with Lee using the RipRow, and recently did a full-day class with Lee. The instruction itself was excellent, but his ability to adapt his delivery or coaching cues to what I needed from moment to moment was truly impressive. Within a few runs on a pump track, he was able to diagnose a root-cause and correct something that I've been trying to figure out on my own for years. His coaching and coaching methods have drastically improved my safety, speed, and control on trail. Skylar Cook: Lee is a damn magician. A 3-day workshop completely transformed my riding, my perspective on biking, and gave me the tools to self-diagnose and progress for years to come! ... Minh Huynh: Lee is a highly-effective teacher who will transform your riding, no matter if you're a beginner or a pro. And if you're up for it, he'll also elevate your entire outlook in life! To see more 5-star Google Reviews, go to Google and search for Lee Likes Bikes . Refund Policy: Full refund prior to 7 days before camp. Credit given within 7 days of camp.

For financial assistance or other questions, please reach out to arielkarassco@gmail.com ARIEL'S BIO I grew up in Israel with an American father and an Israeli mother. The family dynamics were challenging, I served time in the military, and ultimately never felt like I belonged. Coming to the states in 2001, movement became my refuge.
I’ve been a 5Rhythms practitioner for over 20 years and I’ve been a teacher of the practice for the past 8 years. The 5Rhythms is a movement meditation practice where we dance and put form to the many layers of our lives. Through the portal of the dance, we invite ourselves to process, release and discover insight and connection.
I’ve been fortunate to study with Gabrielle Roth, the founder of the 5Rhythms as well as many of her peers and long time students, who are now teachers.
In many ways, holding space for people to find their truth through the body in motion has been my life purpose.
I hope we get the chance to dance together. Boulder
Have you always wanted to spray paint but felt intimidated or overwhelmed on where to begin? This workshop is for you! Learn the basics of safety, technique, and mark making with spray paint from Skela, an expert spray painter. Gain confidence and skills to add to your artist tool kit. Street Wise will provide an inclusive, supportive environment to learn, experiment, and connect with other artists. What to Bring: Please bring your own mask or respirator if you have one. We Will Provide: All spray paint and boards to practice on! We will provide K95 disposable masks if you do not have your own mask. Much of the class takes place outside. The alternate rain date is Sunday, April 6 from 2 to 4 pm. About the Teaching Artist: Skela is an artist who harnesses her “Sanguine Skills” to illuminate even the darkest of days. Sanguine means to be particularly positive in a bad situation and her skills are everything she has picked up on her journey. Growing up in France and Malawi and having lived all over the world, Skela was stung by the itch to travel and discover the magic of each culture she encounters. The world has become overwhelmingly negative, so her mission is to infuse it with color and joy. She characterizes her artwork by a style she calls Skelarizing, a geometrical shell that embodies and explodes with color, nature, and energy. Skela has been creating and exploring her own allegorical mythology, while discussing extinction, pollution, and the plethora of discrepancies on the planet. She considers herself an Artivist at heart. Skela's website @sanguineskills
