But what is it? This is an informal and fun event in this little studio in the North of Amsterdam. We invite an interesting person and they invite their interesting person and so forth and then magic happens. Sorry, what’s that magic? Well, maybe our first theme was resilience and a freediver showed us how to do breathholds and she brought an art historian to roll wine leaves with us and talk about peace and then the next session was on innovation and an artistic researcher discussed the trouble with tech solutions and she invited an acrobat who built a robot to practice with and during session #3 : agility, the first clarinet player from the Concertgebouworchestra did live improvisation with an electronic music wizard who he had just met in this program and maybe… …you should have been there! Unified by their shared passion for imaginative music, the trio creates a unique sound that explores far beyond the classical jazz idiom. The One Woman band Ping-En Hung is a bass guitarist, electronic musician and composer.
