Over the course of a few years, the Brampton Arts Organization officially became an independent non-profit arts organization as part of a multiyear agreement with the City of Brampton. It was the culmination of many years of work and marked the start of a new chapter for the arts and culture sector in Brampton. In this learning and professional development event Michael Vickers (Executive Director, Brampton Arts Organization) and Jeanne LeSage (LeSage Arts Management) will share the process, the challenges, and positive outcomes of this change.
