With everyone working at their own pace. Mo El-Kadey will empower your inner talent, bringing it out with multi discipline techniques and music, as Mo call’s it your inner flow. There is Three elements to the workshop: One: Practical studio work: By far the most important part - your own artwork. you will learn how to use all the tools surrounding you to create an artwork that will reflect your feelings Two: All material you need to do your artwork are included. Three: Continue next lessons on your work to be part of the final exhibition. This class typically costs £30, but it’s part of our “Pay What You Can” scheme to make it accessible for everyone. Whether you are a seasoned musician, an aspiring drummer, a dancer, or an avid listener, there is much fun to be had in the friendly, supported and spirited weekly drumming classes/circles. Seven Steps to Feel Completely Happy Again is a play that explores the seven stages of grief: shock, denial, anger, bargaining, depression, testing, and acceptance. It follows Amber's journey through these stages, questioning whether they truly lead to complete happiness. The play combines comedy and drama, taking the audience on an emotional rollercoaster. Written and directed by Teigan Banks, who drew from her own experience of losing her mother, the play challenges traditional views on grief and how it evolves throughout life.
