West African Drum Circle *Sunday’s, 4-6pm at The Compound Join us and our growing community of drummers, dancers,music lovers - wonderful people; all brought together by a shared passion for rhythms and music from West Africa and beyond. Whether you are a seasoned musician, an aspiring drummer, a dancer, or an avid listener, there is much fun to be had in the friendly, supported and spirited weekly drumming classes/circles. Seven Steps to Feel Completely Happy Again is a play that explores the seven stages of grief: shock, denial, anger, bargaining, depression, testing, and acceptance. It follows Amber's journey through these stages, questioning whether they truly lead to complete happiness. The play combines comedy and drama, taking the audience on an emotional rollercoaster. Written and directed by Teigan Banks, who drew from her own experience of losing her mother, the play challenges traditional views on grief and how it evolves throughout life.
