Cocréa is not just a training ground for dancers, but also a path of personal development. Wren LaFeet, a somatic permissionary with over 24 years of dancing experience, will create a trauma-sensitive, consent informed environment for participants to practice embodied listening with themselves and others. Through the structured and mindful approach of Cocréa, participants will learn to cultivate presence, intimacy, and freedom in their movement. The workshop will be divided into two days. On Saturday, the focus will be on the FUNdamentals of Mindful Partner Dance, while Sunday will explore the Slow, Saucy, and Sacred elements of moving together.
