The Freediving Introduction Class - Kensington Session is now open to all who are interested in trying freediving. This class serves as an introduction for both first-timers and returning newbies. If you've never attended one of our sessions before, please book a 1st Time Introduction ticket. However, if you've been to the Introduction class before, please book a Returning Newbie ticket. To participate in the session, you must be able to confidently swim two lengths of a pool on the surface. Don't worry if you're not a confident swimmer, as we also offer 121 sessions specifically for you. The session begins with a dry session at 7:00 PM for first-time attendees and at 7:15 PM for returning newbies. This is followed by a pool session from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM. You can find us just to the right of the bottom of the spiral staircase, overlooking the basketball court. Make sure to bring your swimming gear, mask (or goggles and noseclip), and fins.
