Kobe Suma Imperial Villa Park will host a spring rose viewing event from May 1st to June 7th, 2026. The park features three rose gardens: the "Royal Rose Garden," the "Rose History and Culture Garden," and the "World Hall of Fame Rose Garden," with approximately 300 varieties and 4,000 rose bushes in full bloom, creating a beautiful scene. The gardens are open from 8:00 AM on weekends, allowing you to enjoy the fragrant roses in the fresh morning air.

The traditional summer event "Hirosaki Festival" from Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture, returns to Kobe this year. The Hirosaki Night Festival illuminates the summer nights of Tsugaru with approximately 70 floats of varying sizes, including fan-shaped floats decorated with ornate and colorful samurai paintings themed around "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" and "Water Margin," parading through the city accompanied by shouts of "Ya ya ya!" "Hirosaki Neputa in Kobe 2026" is a public relations event held annually since 2022 to attract tourists from the Kansai region; this year marks its fifth edition. The festival features Nipta music performances, a nighttime illuminated Nipta float exhibition, and a Nipta parade, as held last year as well. From July 11th to August 30th, the Kobe Fubuki Herb Garden hosts the "Summer Garden Festival," a seasonal event where visitors can participate in a variety of activities.
